I will only eat it if he makes it. Last year it was just his kids and the pizza was gigantic and looked and tasted like it was left out for days. Not good. I used to live up the street from him back in 2005 and I would go early when noone was there we would talk while he made the pizza and man it was freaken delicious. He is the master and his pizza is the real deal. Miss him.
Dom worked hard everyday, most if the ingredients were imported from Italy and i don’t think he had the time to spend the money. Its highly likely the prices were set to keep from being overwhelmed by customers.
Ack, that dude in the glasses was handling money, and then just grabbed some parm out of bowl, and worse yet, he threw back the excess parm back in the bowl. Argh, please remember that a gloved hand does not make it sanitary or food safe.

Thanks for your comments. No cocaine, just pizza. For me you get what you pay for. It was worth every penny I paid for it. But it is totally subjective! However, people do pay $30 for DiFara Pizza, again and again...
We all decide what pizza we like. I happen to think this was one of the best pizzas I ever tasted. But that is my opinion. I will take your place in line if you don't mind.

Holy cow i was looking at the menu prices on the wall as they're making it. $30 for a 16" pizza they're printing money at that place
True the menu prices are mind boggling. But for me, the pizza was worth every penny. This was, in my opinion, no ordinary pizza!

DiFarra is a filthy establishment. Zero standards when it comes to sanitation.
The pizza is cooking at 400c degrees.. if you throw live salmonella for topping you can eat it..
