@1:32 Having an old seasoned oven matters. It's a part of the charm and history of the place, and, of course, it's hugely important to the bake. But there's absolutely ovens that go to (and can stay at) 600F+ today.

Difara's is the best pizza I've ever tasted 💯 I lived in Vegas and loved Domdemarco's Pizzeria . The Difara Special Sicilian was well done ,crispy pepperoni and the taste is spectacular !! 😍
@@cpilfold420 Talking about the video, most clips they show is oil been dumped on the pizza which is a new York thing not Italian. Fresh ingredients have natural oils and don't require more
@@christopherandersen714 most pizza places in Naples will do the exact same thing. Add quality Italian olive oil as a finish. Most upper level new York places do it as well. Literally an Italian thing. And di fara has always used the highest quality ingredients out of almost any place in the states.. very odd thing to call him out for.

"Upper level new York places" are still serving new York pizza. New yorkers love heartburn, Chicago natives love upside down pizza, but don't tell me it's Italiano
