I am suffering from pcod and thyroid...trying to lose weight and doing exercises.. regular periods..but still no pregnancy...8 months are completed of my marriage... something feel very disappointed 😔😔😔

Has she gave you levothyrox 100 for the hypothyroid , because as I know we should talk to the doctor before we’re planning to have a baby , because that’s how I’m doing now , I just want to know about it please reply to me I’m same age as you 28yrs , end of this year we’re planning to have a child
Hey Shanky when I was planning it was may June 20, that was the time Covid was on peak and seeing a doctor was a nightmare, I did not check with a doctor first but you definitely should. I did have a chemical pregnancy first time and then I had to see a doctor and then we planned our pregnancy she gave me some folic acid tabs and a few more vitamins.

Mam i also suffer from hypothyroid since i was in 3rd standard. It is heredity from my mom. I take 100 mg medicine for that. Also I have been suffering from pcos since 2012. I am also getting married next year. Since i will have to face these issues also . can you please share some tips and things that helped you cope up with the pregnacny.

Thyroid can be controlled bt having proper dose of medicine prescribed by doc. I dint had any specific diet. It was normal food i used to take along with my thyroid medicine. See a endocrinologist they will run some tests and give u a proper dosage
