My favorite soup😋 When I was still single leaving in my parents house in Akwa Ibom my mum use to cook this almost every weekend, or Afang soup or Ekpangnkukwo chai 😋. Now marriage don carry me go Lagos but I still make this in my home just that hubby will be like what kind of soup is this🤣, weldone mama🤗
Chei! I feel you. My husband says he doesn’t like afang that he just eats it. I said you don’t know better thing 😂😂 Intercultural marriages have their challenges
I married my Akwa Ibom husband almost a year now, and this video helped me make a wonderful, flavourful pot of Atama soup. It was my first time tasting the soup too and I love it. My husband absolutely loved it as well and scored me 100% I wish I could like this video more than once 😂 Thank you for this ❤️
I can't stop dreaming of the atama soup my neighbour gave me during my service year in Okobo, Akwa Ibom 😋😋 I fell in love immediately. Omo!! I must make this soup myself. My favourite Akwa Ibom soup. ❤ Thanks for this video.
Mehn! I'm a northerner but I'm in love with your videos. I'm definitely going to try this out. I love Ibibio language and it's the way you speak it for me. I'm glued to this channel
Thanks for this video. Loved how you mixed in Ibibio, it made me smile and realize I need to be serious with speaking the language (My parents are Anang). I'm making this soup right now. You are very correct, the ancestors guide you on how much seasoning to use, you can't measure. Sometimes I don't listen well to the ancestors 😂
No Atama isn't ugu.. I really don't know how to explain what the leaf looks like to you. May be you should try googling it and see.. Just a suggestion...
The Aroma of this soup is heavenly you need to try it for yourself.
