Oh boy, what a treat. Many birds this non-birder Yankee never heard of. Fun to watch the Swainson’s thrush hop!

So fun to see your rarities! The American Robin (I heard about that from someone on IG) and the Swainson's Thrush give an interesting perspective. Rare for you but common in the US (I just had a flock of 150 robins feeding on crabapples the other day)! I would love if one of your robins came here to visit! Very nice video!

Many years ago on my first trip to the US, travelling from Maine down to Florida, pretty much everything was a tick until one evening in Florida, the arrival of a Black-headed Gull at Neuman's Lake made the evening TV news and my American birding friend called me... Did I want to head over and see it? Err... no thanks - I have to put cages up to keep them off the bird tables back home. As you say, - it's a matter of perspective.

Great Reed warbler sounds like Reed warbler?

Hi, yes it's definitely Great Reed Warbler, it's song is similar I guess, much louder, you can hear it along way off as you approach the site, this one was present at Snettisham from May through to July.

Some good feather there mate , just one slight criticism you really really need a wind gag , if you can’t fit on onto your camera , just delete the wind soundtrack prior to uploading to RUclips, but keep up good work and hope to see a 2023 edition

Hi Jason, thanks for the comments, really appreciate it, I have considered a wind gag, I just have mixed feelings as I kind of think the way it is adds to the conditions at the time, I may give one a go later in the year and see how it pans out 👍
