They had the bowler hat guy from a forgettable movie, but not Scar, the highest grossing Disney movie ever? You really can't just borrow a spare scar costume from the Broadway musical?
I just don't get why some human characters have masks - it takes away their personality. Hercules and Facilier doesn't, but Jafar and Radcliffe does? They're all male, it's obviously possible to do the characters with make up.

What about Ursula, Scar, Mother Gothel, or Yzma? I mean I get Scar, he is an animal, but Ursula at least seems like a pretty important villain

To be frank, I am pretty happy that they're putting such focus on characters from Hercules, considering how underrated that movie is.
Wow, this sure looked like one heck of a party. Awesome to see the villains having a little more park time, especially with it being the first time that we ever see Oogie Boogie. Also, the girl that they got to play Meg for this event has the character spot-on. We seriously need more people like her.

You'd think the costume people could get around Ursula's tentacles with some kind of decked out skirt or something.
