My all-time favorite male villain is Don Karnage for not only wearing pants but facing off against several guys who don't. And my all-time favorite female villain is Cruella De Vil for facing off against such high maintenance pets. That said, my favorite female fur character is Magica De Spell.
The Meet the Robinsons' characters (except Bowler Hat Guy ofc) could've easily been face characters, i will never understand that decision to make them costumed characters. but since they're rarely in the parks i guess it doesn't matter lol. but Disneyland is so cool with how much they actually care about passholders and real/non-casual disney fans! At WDW it truly seems like it's all about the money for Disney with all the out-of-towners that go to those parks. i wish i lived on the West Coast!
I think it’s because either there’s no possible way to make someone look like the Meet the Robinsons characters or since they (especially Lewis) are child characters, it’ll be weird to see adults playing these characters at the parks

I’m pleasantly surprised to see that Disney bought out so many rare and obscure characters for this event, especially ones who have only appeared overseas or haven’t appeared at all for YEARS.
I wish I can see him in Disneyland one of these days As a meet and greet because he’s probably one of my favorite Disney anti-villains. But at least last year I dressed up like him during my retirement of trick-or-treating but rather entertaining. But the only works if this year on Halloween or next He might appear as a meet and greet or we can just pray for a new ride they’ll come out anytime soon. That way he and the rest of the team will make their appearance I’m desperate.
Fun fact about Classic Maleficent: roughly a decade (Edit: it was September 13, 2013) ago my parents and I went to Disneyland for the villains night event and my mother was hoping (for seventeen YEARS) to get a picture from her. Apparently the actors/cast members weren't technically allowed to do that, but my stepdad somehow managed to tell the cast member about the long time mom was waiting. Maleficent listened to him and said "Oh that's far too long to wait darling" and got the go ahead to take pictures with my mom! Pretty cool of them to do that!

First Encanto, We Don't Talk About Bruno hitting the top charts, Turning Red, Covid-19 restrictions being toned down in theme parks, character and guest social distancing coming to an end, and now this!!! This is so cool. It makes me really happy to see these rare Disney Villains making an appearance, especially those from the Post-Renaissance Era which was the era when I was really young. Seeing Professor Callahan and Yzma made me feel really excited, and the Bowler Hat Guy is one of my absolute favourite villains!
One of these days, I want to see Jim Hawkins, Silver and BEN from Treasure Planet as a meet and greet character or even a parade/show character. Treasure Planet is the most underrated Disney movie and deserves more love and recognition cause it's almost as if it doesn't exist to Disney

Actually, Edgar did make a brief appearance at Disneyland. During the 1972 Fantasy on Parade at Disneyland, there was an Aristocats unit with Edgar driving a Horse and Carriage, and yes he was a face character then as well, accompanied by face characters of Madame and George, carrying their cats. They are followed by costume characters of Abigail and Amelia.
How do villains act in meet and greets when you act nice to them? I'm always curious, but since I can't really go to the parks, chances are few and far in between for me to actually check it out myself. Like, someone like the Sheriff or the Big Bad Wolf. They are bound to stay in character, but they can't really be rude or mean to guests either, so I'm curious. Characters like Lotso make it easier considering they can act nice.
This is a great list of villains and according to it, Jafar shouldn't have been added to the list because he's one of the most popular villains to meet in Disney Parks.

As divisive as the live-action reboot line of Disney films has been, I think just about every diehard fan would be over the moon if a Black Cauldron adaptation came around

Really is a shame that ENG, especially the fantastic villain duo, really doesn't get much love from the parent company. Sure, they FINALLY realized its massive cult following and actually gave us some merchandise, like 20 years AFTER the movie came out, but they should totally be park mainstays. Though they still can't decide if they want to put Yzma under the "Disney Villains" brand or not. I say her and Kronk are perfectly worthy. Two of my favorite villains right there.
