It is 2019 and we are certainly past 'blue is for boys and pink is for girls' or 'real men don't cry'. I am 50yo and throughout my life, 7 people I have known took their lives in periods of depression. Tomorrow is always a new day with the promise of change and difference. You are never alone, there is always help available and many people to help you. It is worth it 100%. God bless you Flinty, you lived a lot of life in too short a time.

Same here. I'm 44, when I first started getting into dance music 'Charlie' played a big part in that. Loved how these guys managed to get their tunes played on the radio and TV with that underground sound. I guess even this passion and talent for this sport wasn't enough to change his mind. Devistating.

Life moves on its cold ugly procession. The wise realize it is merely a purgatory and only a small piece of the greater truth of ones potential evolution into a higher being.
Mental illness is like a second personality always in the background..sometimes it almost dissapears for a few days or even years,but when it raises its ugly head and catches you at a weak point it can quickly take total control...
