  • Join us as we dive into the much-anticipated adaptation of Colleen Hoover's best-selling novel, "It Ends With Us," starring the talented Blake Lively. In this video, we explore the highs and lows of this emotional rollercoaster, providing an in-depth look at the elements that make this film both compelling and challenging.
Blake Lively delivers a standout performance, bringing depth and nuance to her character. The cinematography is another strong point, beautifully capturing the essence of the story's emotional landscape. The film's structure also effectively conveys the narrative, keeping the audience engaged from start to finish.
However, the overuse of flashbacks can be jarring, disrupting the flow of the story. Additionally, some of the dialogue feels forced and unnatural, detracting from the overall impact of the performances. While "It Ends With Us" has its strengths, these narrative and dialogue issues might be a point of contention for some viewers.

Thanks for the interesting review. I'm also doing a module at uni "Writing for Performance" and your descriptions of scenes and moments etc has helped with that too. Cheers!

Do not agree with this review. The lines were great, epic and unforgettable. Flashbacks were great! Nothing took away from Blake Lively’s performance.
