I use unfinished tiles like those as coasters. I put felt rounds on the bottoms at each corner, to protect my furniture. I love how the stone finish absorbs condensation.
I always add the self-adhesive cork sheets from Dollar Tree to the back or bottom of items that I’m setting around-like the ceramic tiles. The cork protects finishes on tables and it’s easy to remove it if needed.

The mason jars in the oval container is perfect! Absolutely love it and I’m quite sure I’m going to copy as I have an oval one just like it I’ve been trying to figure out what to do with 😊
What a great THRIFTING day you had! The best project I liked was the lamp, number 1. I love the simplicity of it and all it took was a coat of paint. It gave me so many ideas for our new home!!
#1 I liked the texture of the paint you used on the lamp to refresh the look. #2 I think it was clever how you used the light fixtures as decorative planters and #7 I like the planter itself and then how clever you used it for you serving your silver ware. You're really clever, thrifty and talented. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

Loved this video! My favorites are 5 the risers, 6 the blue and white herb planters, and 9 the glass scalloped bowl. All were great finds and re-dos but those 3 were my favorites!! Keep doing these thrifts…gives great inspiration!!

#6 because I collect blue willow and have some coffee cups that are missing handles but couldn’t bare to part with them- now I can keep them useful and beautiful with herbs- thanks great idea
Thrifting is something I have to be in the mood for, but I love to do it. Just sometimes get stuck on what to do to repurpose. Love the risers. Gave me idea of making risers with some shades I found cleaning out my mothers house.

I love all these ideas! Make sure you put "bumpers" on the bottom of the bowls, tiles, and such so you don't scratch your table.
