I wanted to mention that the all purpose glue is not good for PVC to ABS it's better to use transition glue for PVC to ABS, And just wondering do you debur all your pipe, I use the Reed DEB4 it's a great debur tool I take mine everywhere I'm gluing PVC pipe plus I use a inside debur tool I like the Milwaukee pencil style, Thanks for the video
Ok, I hope I can get an answer here. I’m plumbing my shower drain, I couldn’t find PVC pipes at my local store ( I only needed 24” of it) and I grabbed a 24” x 2” ABC pipe with 2 PVC elbows. I had PVC glue at my house and of course that doesn’t work with ABS, so I bought a “all purpose glue” I glued the ABS pipes to the 2 PVC elbows and now I’m freaking out because I don’t know if I messed up by doing that? It’s just an ABS pipes glued to 2 PVC elbows. Can I leave them like that or should I remove them?
Another great video. Thank you.
