@@inbatamilan1567 Hello Dear, and thank you for your question. To achieve travel times of > 1.5 s in small actuators, the air rate can be reduced with the restrictors Y1 and Y2 . By turning clockwise the air rate is reduced up to shutting off. To set the restrictors it is advisable to close them and then open them slowly (see initialization RUN3).
Sir we have a problem in calibrating linear actuator having stroke length 47 mm. During auto calibration we saw that valve feedback for 0,50% & 100% was not accurate. What is ur suggestion for this problem
Hello Dear, thank you so much for your qustion, lets say that everything conserning the linear valve is okay ( mechnaical codation, air supply as mentiond in the name plate of the valve, and the diaphragm) as one time i faced same problem and it was becuase of the diaphragm of the valve. As you are dealing with stroke length 47mm, please make sure to install the long lever on the positioner ( > 35 mm to 130 mm) and adjust the driver pin accurately, also switch parameter No.2 to 99 edg and please move the yellow transmission ratio selector to 99 deg too. then redo the auto configuring with leakage test, and please let me know the result. But please don't forget to check the valve's diaphragm.
@@jitubabusay2826 Hello Dear, one of the solutions is to make scalling (in the plc ) of the analog output. by the way sipart ps2 has split range function, you can adjust parameters YA and YE , for example: set YA= 10 % and YE= 80%, that means valve will open from 10% to 80% (4mA at 10% to 20mA at 80 %)
@@jitubabusay2826 yes we have a problem, please chek the compatibility between the confeguration output of the controller (4-20mA) and the input on the postioner (4-20mA). otherwise you have to do a reconfiguration. if its not work, you may send me a video of this issue to : setpoint.la@gmail.com
