Sabina, you have chosen a path that most do not follow. So many things can be healed by the simple inter relationship and the healing of reflections. Rarely do I get a rise from anything anymore, much less carry the drama or concern others do. I would suggest, the celebration of breath book to read, dealing with rebirthing and moving stuck energies. We are humans at this moment and emotional baggage release as well as our own judgments to ourselves and others is seriously the most beneficial thing we can do for ourselves to start out. I'm interested in sound/music therapy, and have been always using music (both listening and writing) as a way to process my experiences. You could merge your reactions with an exploration on how music can help in therapy or maybe do lyrical analysis if you wanted to. I like that you're working on growing.
