Hi guys! I request everyone to go through this.
1) You need not change your opinion of not coming to the country. The journey to the settlement is difficult, very difficult if you can overcome then come over!
2) White collar and blue collar jobs require highly experienced people...experienced from Australia so landing in a job once you finish your Masters is difficult, I wouldn't say impossible but I would say difficult. However if you have enough skills then that's fine.
3) In terms of worth... If you want to come to Australia for studying and only studying... Then 40-50l on education isn't worth. But if you are looking for long-term then yes!
Please tell me after your study you will get work permit easily because visa is valid till the study time??

hey there i think as a student myself studying here I can answer your question straight forward . Basically if you just want to get your masters from australia so that you have some international qualification and experience then go for it if you can afford it . Do not think that you can earn and study at the same time and pay for your university fees because that’s impossible. And on top of that as she said some of the university’s fail students for the sake of money .When I say it’s impossible I mean it because that’s the harsh truth. Next thing you need to get a job for daily expenses and stuff unless you are filthy rich . If you are thinking of coming to australia to do masters and get your Pr ,let me tell everyone that the pr points for almost all the professions have been increased and according to new laws from australian government they are reducing the number of pr given to people . There are these other stuff which we think might not affect us which are stress which is real , missing your family and the good peaceful life you had with your family. According to some new laws it states that you have live in regional areas for 1-2 years to get some extra points for pr which means you have to go to places in australia where there are no jobs available and are not included in cities. There are many more reasons some students do come here and buy references start doing 2-3 jobs and then fails in university, guess what all the money you earned by doing all that hard work you have pay to the university and in the end you are left with nothing . Australia 1-0 You. They use us to do all odd jobs take money from us and in the end when you complete your course you go back to where you came from . Well if you think it would look cool when I tell my family and friends that I’m studying australia 😂 and that’s the reason you are thinking of coming here then dude just grow up peace out ✌🏼 ✨

Hii....Dii. I am a 3rd year Bachelor's student back in India and wish to pursue my masters abroad in countries like Canada , Germany or Australia. I just wanted to know about the Employability and job prospects.And is it really worth spending 30-35 lakhs in Australia. Because in India, we don't get to learn any skill apart from how to score high CGPA. Like what the most intriguing difference that you felt in Australia which you didn't in India. And also are there less chances of funding in Australia??? The point is that interviewer doesn't need your degree. He doesn't care how much you have studied. The degrees are just for filtering the candidates. I have seen people holding a bachelors degree earning more than one who is holding a masters degree. A degree will not guarantee you a job but skills will.
Having that being said, I prefer upgrading our skills rather than choosing universities.
Moreover, these days the competition for IT and accounting students is very high. An IT guy needs a minimum of 80 points to get an invitation. In contrast, blue-collar jobs are easy to find if you have done certificate 3 than white-collar jobs.
To all the students who are planning to come to Australia after +2, I will say try for any trade course if your motive is to get PR. And for the students who have completed graduation, do a job in your home country for at least 4 years and apply for PR directly from there. The time for getting PR is the same.
In the end, studying abroad is not an easy task. Think wisely.

- Master of Business Information Technology / ICT

It depends on when the classes for particular subjects are. Usually 3-4 days.

You can go on the La Trobe website and find all the subjects you'll be doing and then go to the timetable and plan out what times/days they'll be on.. but you can only see the subjects for semester 2 this year, not any next year. You could still do a plan and kind of get a rough idea how many

You can check for university of wollongong. I found it the cheapest among all. Else it also depends upon the course you choose. Many of them give scholarships well.
