I’ve really enjoyed some of these videos as they’ve given me more insight as to where I might study next year!! Was wondering if you are intending to review USC and JCU at all?
Really glad to hear that Annaliese. Yes, I'm definitely planning on reviewing those unis - I'm just not often in that part of Australia so will be there next time. However, I've visited both several times so if you have any questions I can try to answer them?
Trying to decide between Bachelor of Commerce at La Trobe or a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Global Studies at La Trobe.. or go to RMIT and do Business Professional Practice, but unsure on what to choose playing the guessing game.
The workload will likely be similar since education programs (particularly for teaching) are usually accredited. www.aitsl.edu.au/deliver-ite-programs/apl
For an MBA, I’m really looking at specialisations, teaching faculty and industry linkages. My gut (based on my preferences) says Curtin or Swinnie, but that’s based purely on my own interests and also preferences outside uni (I really love Perth, it’s cheaper and a great lifestyle).
thanks for your reply mate! I guess I’ll be going to La Trobe , as I want to work in Business Analysis / Product Management and Melbourne has a better Tech scene than Curtin!
I’m not sure about the academic programs themselves, but right now I’d be considering RMIT only if it were me. The reason is that LTU has been hit very hard by the Covid recession and has made many cuts. RMIT has also had to make some cuts but as a larger university with a lot more infrastructure I believe the impact will be less significant across all elements of the experience there.
I got an offer letter from la trobe for masters of public health and health care administrations. It it is worth it to continue my master degree from this university and what about the placements and collin street campus?
I love ur videos , I have question that which university is better Swinburne or la trobe for computer science bachelors.plz guide me little bit I'm confused.
That depends in what aspect - check how they rank, look at the classes that you'll take and see which ones fit your interest better. Have a look on compared.edu.au and check student and graduate employer satisfaction.
There are a few shopping centres nearby. And the Metro isn't far from the uni and there is a tram stop nearby. Usually, places around the uni is not that crowded.
Thanks mate. I’m not 100% sure about that faculty at LTU. If it’s in your price range I’d look carefully at RMIT and Swinburne for that degree. Both have exceptional work integrated learning programs that will give you strong exposure to real world experiences and companies. That is super valuable imho...
How is la trobe in terms of facilities and labs compared to Rmit and Qut Also how's Masters in Information technology there? Your videos were really helpful though 😁
@@ChoosingYourUni I have only got an offer letter from la trobe as of now, not sure if I will get into either of those unis Anyway thanks for replying Your videos are really helpful 👍

Do you know exactly what you want to do next or still figuring that out?
Great video Rob, I want to study Business Analytics and I'm split between Swinburne and La Trobe. What do you think I should go with?
Swinburne for that topic for me.
The most beautiful university in the world
I like the bushlans campus
Planning to do a Master of Education from LTU. Any thoughts on the course? Heard the workload is more compared to other courses.

How is the bachelor of biomedical science course at this uni?
Health sciences are all very good at La Trobe 👍
Is it easier to get part time jobs for intl students close to the university ?
At the main Bundoora campus you have a few shopping centres nearby, but not a huge number of commercial centres.
How's the nurisng school of La trobe? Is it worth to get a bachelors degree in nursing from here?
👍
HEAPS of work available in Australia now in that field 👍👍
@@ChoosingYourUni Thanks for replying.💫

If you can rank the top 3 best campuses in Australia what would it be?
Yes - based on what though?
Historical building? Bushland campuses?
Not everyone has the same taste - so it depends what you find most beautiful 🙂
How is masters in information technology program of la trobe?
That’s a good program from what I know.
Hi mate, would you recommend La Trobe or Curtin or Swinburne for an MBA?

Is RMIT or La Trobe better for masters in telecommunication and network engineering ? It would be really helpful if you could tell.

Hi,chitu are you in LTU?
Hello i got offer from La trobe and Swinburne university. which one is better for master of business majors?
I’d go to Swinburne for that personally

Health is a good discipline at LTU. Not sure about the Collins St campus, I haven't heard of that tbh

Is there a venue that is crowded usually like a mall or shopping center and metro/train stations nearby to La Trobe Uni.?
Not that I’m aware of but I’m not from near there. Maybe a local student could comment on this?
How is the density of population? Is there a lot of people?
Compared to what?
La Trobe is not in a very dense part of Melbourne. There’s plenty of open space and not really high rise buildings around.
There are a few shopping centres nearby. And the Metro isn't far from the uni and there is a tram stop nearby. Usually, places around the uni is not that crowded.
Thanks for the help @@KinleyWangchuk608!
How is the Business Analytics course there? I saw it was ranked quite high.
That’s a good program there. LTU’s business fac is good.
Good choice of degree too - those skills are in demand from employers.
Nice review bud.
