Spell echo is the biggest dps support gem in the game for self cast spells, also lightning pen does nothing since the build does cold damage. The second question was answered in the video.

Are you guys going to play group next league aswell? my group have only about 4 stable ppl that play for a week (we did a split after 1mirr each 1.5 mirr to trader)
It depends, we normally discuss if we are going to play about 2 months before a league starts. Most of us have some vacation time already planned in the summer so it will depend on when the league starts.

It can do it, boss might be hard with some mods.

yes, you just have to play well with frostblink and use the defenses of molten shell and vaal disciple for the later waves.
