the new belt tides of time as a belt upgrade is pretty good too, the 25% increased flask effect feels really nice and if you get a well rolled utility flasks mod, you with increased effect flasks, you can keep the uptime up as long as you are killing things, it can ad a ton of damage/tankiness dpeending on flasks

For the amulet there is a good step by step guide on Maxroll for a Phys +1 +1 amulet - you just switch the augment physical step for augment fire - other than that the recipe is identical
the problem is that last league T4 Aislings where the same but you could get one each hour really constantly if you know what you where doing. Now its just random and really rare so they will probably just keep going up in price. I did +200 runs last league and this league I have about 15 kills and 1 veiled orb :/
I was lucky and found a divine and about 60 chaos orb within my first 10 maps with the league mechanic. Been able to get the cloak of flame early on. Smooth sailing so far in yellow maps.
Just getting to maps. I have 89% all res, and 0% chaos res. 8k armor (obviously not very much armor as I just completed the game) and im consistently being 1 shotted in maps. I haven’t played since 3.22 so im unsure as to what changed but I know maps were not this difficult until red maps. Any idea as to what I’m doing wrong?
Yeah it's about the phys taken as fire for physical mitigation. Regarding ignite duration. Ignite duration has no effect on dps per se. However it is nice for QoL since you need to refresh ignites less often and high rolls last longer (so it may have a tiny effect on dps). One of the big advantages of ignite and some other dot builds (as well as certain hit based builds like brands) is damage uptime and how little you have to attack/cast to keep up said uptime. Ignite duration can help with that aspect.
If you use the POB under the Non Adorned item list go the chest piece and he took the time to put the lowest values he would probably feel okay with. So 63% fire res and 58% on the ignite duration, as others have said the chest is mainly for the 40% phys to fire convert (which is also a fire mastery node you could pick up on the top left of the POB tree if you happen to get a juicy FT helmet first and need the switch to malevolence early).
I died just once to heavy physical damage and it was in campaign, except that I have encountered no such terror. Physical damage is sometimes the problem but at the end of the day it is manageable.
pohx, is annihalition way better than legacy of fury? i'm at very beggining of the build, just made 14 divines and don't know if its worth expeding so much currency on a single boots, pls answerrrr!!!!
Easier to max phys to elemental plus some layer mitigate between cold/lightning to fire. However, i think only go for dawn if you have mageblood to cover ma fire res
What about tides of Time belt for in between to mageblood? As long as you're not running flask charge reduction altars it should kinda give the effect of feeling like you have a mageblood

Build question, after dropping soul of steel, ruby flask ,and using lv 23 purity of fire, I am missing 1 maximum fire resistance. Does anyone know how do I get that 1% from? currently at 89%

For example having armor on your chest piece, is that like a "generic" good thing to have there? do I look for that? I am having a really big issue on what is good? XD

With his guide I finish the campain on my record time less than 9 hours, I started dying by the act 9... things got better after maps. With sceptre I get over 80k tooltip and with grey spire staff over 100k, with that said, the damage still feels pretty low vs bosses, haven't tried red maps yet but I'm pretty sure I'll get crushed. ou could probably do a str int stack inq CoC, just hold down right click and move though the map. Might need a bit more than 20 div though to really feel smooth.

Pohx how does armour and phys dmg taken as x interact? Like armour is applied to the dmg you take after you have subracted the part taken as x? If it was like this to be extra tanky wouldn't be good to have as much armour in every armour piece? I guess my question is if aemour is somewhat relevant to the tankiness of this build.
Armor is applied to the remaining physical damage you take after you convert some of it to other elements. Meaning that the more phys dmg taken as X you have, the less relevant armour becomes, as you can easily get 70-80% of phys damage you take converted to something else and at this point armor becomes pretty meaningless. It's still nice to have some armour, but you shouldn't prioritize it in your gearing process.
Armor requires a huge investment to tank big hits. The way armour works is you need 10x the amount of armor to take only 10% of the hit. With phys DMG taken as conversion and having 90% res, we essentially are saying we have 90% phys DMG reduction on the 80-90% conversion which is a better mitigation deal than scaling up to 100K+ armor
Hey, quick question. Do you actually use the Annihilation's Approach skill which gives you Adrenaline? Or the boots are only BiS because chill/freeze immunity? Cheers!
Do you convert any phys dmg, run determ or have endurance charges? That's most likely killing u since you're supposed to be 90% max elem res and 75% chaos so phys dmg is this builds biggest problem

You already have the Legacy of Fury as passives in your build as Chieftain. You have Explodes and a set -20 to fire res if you are stationary (iirc that -20 overwrites other -x% to resists so you always end up at -20% so the scorch doesn't help in any way).

Those boots are one of the last gear upgrades. Good weapon and 6 socket helmet

Is perandus blazon cloth belt a useful item for this build? 25 to all attributes....+20% to fire resistance....
Try 3 voices instead. 5 points at least each, try get cap chaos res and Dex on items

For breakpoints, you're just converting the adorned % number into decimal form. So for 8%, 125, 139, & 250 are all breakpoints.

yo, your lootfilter didnt show me polaric devastation ring - mayb it needs an update - hyper endgame filter it is
hyper endgame states it hides boss drops in the description. I had to modify it for my current map farming

Don't stand still and you'll be tanky af, you're straight up doing something wrong if you're remotely squishy.
Yeah I haven't felt squishy at all been 90 max res since yellow maps, 0 deaths so far but I haven't got into juicing yet
