  • I have been asked to do some reviews of products. I figured this was a good place to start. These models have been getting some buzzz since they started constructing them with Stainless Steel frets. However, at a grand a pop, you just can't buy one and risk it being a total flop.
    Here is my quick rundown of the M Black Metal LTD guitar.

    Thanks for letting us know about the frets!

    I love youtubers who spend more time chatting than playing! frankly it's not the whole thing to have lots of gear should it still know how to play! especially if it is precisely to demonstrate what it is worth!

      Seriously...why sit there with it strapped on and plugged in for nearly 9 minutes and not play a single note.

    I’m a simple man. I just want a work horse to thrash on. I’m buying one of these asap. Love it. I’m going to put an original Floyd rose in and a railhammer anvil pickup.

      This is a work horse to thrash on, for sure.

    any one played one and been thrown off by the inlays not being on the fret board ? is it weird ?

    • @buzzzmiller
      @buzzzmiller  Год назад

      No. It is not weird at all. Once you grab a guitar without indicators on the fretboard, you realize you don't look at them much.
      The side indicators are still there, and your eyes are more accustomed to looking at the side of the neck instead of the front.
      Also, this particular guitar has larger than normal side indicators that glow in the dark. They are super easy to see in dark or light. After playing for 15 minutes, you won't even be looking at the fretboard for indicators. You will quickly realize that you tend to look at the side of the neck way more than you look at the very front.
      But the cool thing is that the fans don't know there are indicators on the side of the neck. They think you have mastered the guitar sooooo well that you don't need them. :D

      used the hard tail version for 50+ gigs now and i love it. the lack of inlays is really only a tiny difference and you get used to it very quickly honestly.

    Preface: I'm probably about as big of an ESP/LTD fan there is. Been playing them for 22 years....That being said....
    I owned a Black Metal Arrow NT for 2 days before I sent it back: the nut was cut all stupid and barely holding onto the high E. That matte black paint leaves something to be desired, too, that stuff was fingerprint magnet central, and I could tell after just a little bit of playing that matte would be polished up real quick and be glossy in spots. Worst of all it nose dived like no other V I've ever played
    Ended up buying an E-II Arrow NT and the guitar is lightyears ahead in quality..... EXCEPT that fucking volume knob being where it is lol ... Owning a Japanese made ESP was supposed to be my dream, and that knob kind of turned it into a nightmare because even though it's in the same place as the one on my V-300 which never bothered me, it's just so loosey goosey it's almost impossible to keep the volume up without having to check it all the time.
    Also, as a side note.... I realized owning that Black Metal Arrow that I could NEVER live without a neck pickup

      Por algo se llama black metal, en metal generalmente se usa la pastilla del puente.
