I really want a new supporter. I'm tired of just playing Wigglytuff and Blissey, and I want a support that does something different, but I don't like the current ones.

Despite being a defender Umbreon is a solid supporter as well. I'm having a blast playing wish umbreon.

Seeing the two of you play together and also winning the games goes to show how just even two competent players with good mechanics can carry games despite of teammates. I actually learned to be a better players by watching both of your videos. More power to the both of you!
Two can carry a team, just not one. Which is why bad duos are so detrimental in solo-q since you essentialy have almost half of your team doing nothing so the rest can't even do much about it.
@@MusicComet yeah, I'm a solo queue player myself, and I've had my share of bad duos, even trios, that are trolls. The moment I see wrong held items, I take a deep breath and prepare for a hard game. 😅
Love that you are bringing back the collabs, Unite creators coming together for content is very entertaining.
This was fun to watch, i would like to see collaborations like this in the future.
Being able to load into a game against Mewtwo Y without groaning or playing zacian without feeling gross is gonna be awesome. I like the legendaries but having them be innately stronger just doesn't fit this kind of game, so I'm glad they'll be made in line with the rest of the cast within a month!
Yeah, Zacian is one of my favorite but i feel bad playing him...
Tencent just made the excuse that ex Pokémon would be the leaders on every time, so that it would be pay to win.

I like the idea of a pair of pokemon that have built in synergies, maybe something with like both meowstic forms where the female one is more offensive and the male has the more supportive moves, like in main series pokemon where female meowstic has competitive + more offensive movepool and male meowstic gets prankster with utility like screens or thunder wave, stuff like that, also reminds me of the XY anime with the helping hand + future sight combo which I thought was really cool
That would be super cool.
About Chris' idea about releasing a support with a pair could be fun, the one that comes to mind is Cursola and Sirfetch'd as the support/damage pair
I like the idea of Dondozo/ tatsugiri being an all rounder and support pair
Plusle/Minun would be great
While not working as a support I feel like switching between Escavallier and Accelgor would be fun the same way that blaziken works with it switching movesets

Honestly, I'm just excited to finally see them used in tournaments. Despite Zacian being extremely good, it's matches at Worlds were pretty fun to watch
I'm honestly quite excited to see how Miraidon and Ho-Oh do competitively, of the EX's charge beam miraidon and ho-oh are the most interesting and fun to play to me so it's interesting to see how the pros do with it

Umbreon and Ho-oh are totally secret Supporters. Hopefully we can see them officially switched to that role at some point. I think Timi just needs to focus on Supporter additions that are exciting for people such as Meganium/Celebi/Victini/Cresselia/Milotic just to name a 'few' 😅 so that people can be more excited for future additions in the role. Even a little rework on Mew would make it an exciting Supporter. Already has the kit for it. As for being a balanced fun Attacker its failed in that respect for most people so being a Supporter should be more successful

I think the perfect new support mon would be Grimmsnarl. It’s absolutely cool looking, it has plenty cheesy moves like Fake out, Parting shot, taunt, helping hand, Haze etc. also has great offensive moves like Spirit break. It would make the support role so much better

For grimmsnarl you could focus on reducing stats as its gimmick, and for scream tail you could try to implement perish song somehow

Supporters are difficult to make engaging to play, Healers in Unite tend to be very easy with the exception of Hoopa.
Supporters don't heal more by taking risks, Rather you're encouraged to play safe and don't make plays cause that's what outputs the most healing.
Hyperspace Hole is a good example, You can use it early in a fight to ensure you get healing or you can save the cooldown for later and get more healing when they're low.
The amount of EX Pokemon we’re saying bye to is nothing compared to how many fans and players EX Pokemon said goodbye to

Victini and Vaporeon double release of supporters and battlepass for both of them at the same day or week. And rework comfey to take some damage from the attached ally and make it KOable in some way when attached.
Imagine plusle and minun release as a supporter pair and their playstyle is like pyra and mythra in smash where you switch between the two

Ok, for the conversation at 2:55, I had a worse situation happen. I got rayquaza shield as Ho-Oh, was 1 of 2 surviving teamates had 50 points, then decided to revive 2 allies.

The only time I get upset when the jungler takes the farm bottom/top is when there's almost nothing left and I'm so close to leveling up, but they take the farm that would've made me get my level.

Personally, I always think of supports as healers and defenders as tanks with stuns, shields, etc. So I feel like ho-oh is a defender besides the unite move. Either way they gotta add more healers 😭 we have like five healers, it would be cool to have more options to mix it up
I think it's more fun and less whine when you play together. It feels like...healing.

At least with Miraidon you don't lose all of your points. And even then you can just back to defend your goal zone with Rayquaza shield. If you have enough confidence in your allies.
Support main here. I’m hoping for Florges, miltank, cresselia, vaporeon, shaymin, Meganium and a whole list of supports I came up with lol but Ik 80 years later maybe they’ll add more support to the game.
To talk more about support i Really want more good support Pokemon in the game, tbey are so cool with so many potential gimmicks, but i see why its hard to not make ut broken and appealing

You can play zacian and not get dirty looks, it has been balanced out dor some months and is not pure cringe to use.

I wonder if they're removing consuming Aeos energy because that was exclusive to EX Pokémon. Probably not because Ho-oh right?
My guess is that they'll keep energy consumption as a thing on all main legendaries going forward, keeping the "strong but heavily energy reliant" thing they were going for but with more reasonable numbers. Less like "strong with no energy and busted with it" and more like "almost useless without and slightly above average with" (pretty close to how mewtwo x is right now with its mega lol)

I often joke the only way supporters will see play from casuals is if they start releasing supports but calling them attackers or all rounders.
I'm confused if these pokemon will still be in the game just not be EX? The way everyone is saying EX Pokemon will be removed is very confusing.

Btw I have a bugged, I guess, where my zacian doesn't have the EX symbol anymore and feels like he does way less dmg
