In addition to the standard components, such as straights, corners and drops, I also designed a motorized unit that can route balls in multiple directions.

Awesome video! Just wondering, how did you grow your Lego parts collection so much? Did you buy sets with good pieces, use pick a brick, or both?
Pkgj
Can you make a motorized marble run loop?
@@connorross8942 Primarily just sets and bricklink orders purchased throughout the last 20 years. Definitely some pick a brick cups in there, too.
@@JKBrickworks Awesome! Thanks for the reply!
This is literally the best ASMR + clean Lego build content you can get.
Yes
I personally prefer it when there is something more to listen to than just loud building noises but you do you
👍👍👍True
I like the noises from the brick experiment channel BEC
Yes man
that marble divider seems to work great
It was actually a nice surprise. I thought for sure there would be some binding issues. Always nice when things work out. :)
Omg wintergatan yay!!
Wintergatan hello
JK Brickworks hi
*gets new idea for the marble machine x*
*opens draws with sorted bricks in neat stacks

THATS WHAT IM SAYING BRO!
Exactly. Honestly, my life is about 50% sleeping, 25% digging through Lego bins, and 25% other stuff.
Exactly, i just have one messed up draw with 500 bricks
Same with me
On one hand I'd love to see this be an ideas set, on the other hand it's made up of fairly simple pieces, easy to build yourself
I guess an automated feedback system would round this off perfectly. I actually thought that was the motor's purpouse.
Same ^^
yeah me too
Same
he had us all
Pew pew I think same
He made a block building system out of the block building system
Lol
Noice
"I used the blocks to build the blocks"
NOW HE MAKES MULTIPLE LARGE CLEAR BOXES THAT CAN CONNECT OUT OF LEGOS AND HAVE THE MARBLE RUN PARTS IN IT! HE MAKES A BLOCK BUILDING SYSTEM OUT-OF A BLOCK BUILDING SUSTEM OUT OF A BLOCK BUILDING SYSTEM!!!!!!
*_INCEPTION REFERENCE ACTIVATED!_*
8:06 omg that pause is so satisfying to me 2 on both sides and one in the middle... everything is identical
Ball: Falls over the edge
Jason: Puts ball back as if no one saw

Jason, you have way more parts than the entirety of Lego's "Pick-a-Brick".
Moi, je me demande, où il a trouvé les boites transparentes de rangement qui sont dans les tiroirs ! Parce que j'ai les mêmes tiroirs, mais avec les boites, ça serait TOP !
( I wonder where he found the transparent storage boxes that are in the drawers! Because I have the same drawers, but with the boxes, it would be TOP! )
Agreed. And they are better bricks. Pick-a-Brick selection is often garbage.
@Phuong TranI Agree with you
I don’t know what’s better, the build or the sound of him putting on bricks
All three... also, being your 69'th like... fuck it's so many satisfying things today you know?
@@chimedemon all three? What’s the third one?
Thank you apandah
weird comment on wrong vid glitch?
Imagine someone enter this guys house to steal, and then you hear him rapidly making an AR-15 out of lego
Quick get the shotgun
The shotgun got stolen
Oh, QUICK MAKE THE SHOTGUN
A man is robbing a house in lego city
HEY!
Build the AR-15
And kill the thief
New weapon sets from lego city
*I could have been impressed if he could even sort the marbles in this video.*
All you hear is the lego Star Wars building noise
Ahhhh the ASMR of these videos gets me going
This make me go yes too.
yes, my edging streak got better when i watched this…
This would be an awesome lego set, being able to buy different sets for different pieces to make your own track
thanks lil panda
This is great! I think you should do a part two, with modules like a “split” module that detects each ball coming through and alternates sending them left and right, with a “join” module later on that combines the two inputs into one again. A “launcher” that gives the balls speed would be cool too, or maybe even launch the balls in a consistent trajectory and have another “catcher” module that’s a little wider that catches them if that’s possible. Oh, and a “floodgate” module that stacks up a lot of balls and lets them go all at once based on a timer or the weight of the balls. And if you allow bigger modules, a classic “funnel” module with a one-ball wide hole at the bottom would be nice.
Oooh, some great ideas! I'll definitely explore some of them.
@@JKBrickworks If you want more inspiration, woodworking RUclipsr Matthias Wandel had made multiple wooden marble machines with interesting parts.
@@JKBrickworks You might also want to check some videos of "Jelle's Marble Runs" with Marbula One... basically marble runs mimicking the style of formula one races.
The courses there form loops with what looks like a lego elevator for the marbles connecting end and start points to allow for races with multiple rounds, and they often feature decoration made from lego and/or duplo parts.
Those races are surprisingly entertaining to watch, and the tracks might provide you with some further inspiration.
Anyway, I just recently stumbled upon your channel and I do really enjoy your videos, keep up the great work! :)
@@JKBrickworks If you could design a NAND gate (ball comes out only when no balls enter the two entrances simultaneously), you can then implement any Boolean function as a marble run composed of many NANDs.
Trick is to have something akin to a clock cycle, and of course any kind of NOT would require its own hidden stock of balls.
In terms of Albin's ideas, and AND would be like a capacity-2 floodgate, and a NOT would be launcher that gets deflected by an arrival.
My favorite part of marble run toys as a kid was the spiralling funnels!
That perfectly organized wall of Legos... and so many of them... I'm not gonna lie I cried a little bit, it's so beautiful.
Apandah
i agree
The only good asmr
i agree
I love how theres sections of the video telling you what peice is going in
I would love a second part of this with new tracks and ideas😍
This makes me feel so nostalgic for when I used to build stuff with lego when I was younger

Hmmmmmm, check your spelling before you call someone... "Supid."
It turns the tables.
Cool :) I definitely like the modularity, though I think that spinning divider would also benefit from the rounded corners. It would also be extremely neat to have a mechanism feeding the marbles back into the machine.
this modular system would be a great line for "Ideas" for sure! Simple I know but the best ideas are after all, and Lego marble runs are fun
I can easily see this being a set with a lot of "supplement" sets to make this into whatever your imagination can come up with.
This could be a Lego Series.
It would be too expensive to be practical.
Would cost probably 100x as much as a marble set made from simple plastic pieces rather than legos
@@12... Does it matter? I think having a marble set made out of lego is worth the price, since you'd be able to be way more creative with it and be able to incorporate it into other lego builds.
this is probably the most organised you can get when it comes to legos.. just wow
The lego clicks are so satisfying
the most impressive thing about this guy is he rememberers where all his pieces are
I would buy this if it was a set.
I was wondering the same

This should be a lego ideas set
i want this mans job, he plays with lego’s for a living. If this was a actual job i would take it immediately not gonna lie.
but then the entire world would take the job
That's the thing though. It is a real job!
@@Living_Murphys_Law Then I'll take it.
There’s a job called master builder where you work for lego to make lego sets but I’m pretty sure you need to be very experienced with legos
His setup is a kid’s dream.
This man has no business making builds going this hard
Him placing the blocks and the asmr is soo satisfying edit : I wanna know who liked this idk why. if u like this that means u love jk brickwiorks
When I was in the first grade I remember there was a set of wooden blocks that we could play with. Each block had holes cut either straight through them or with different curves. It was basically a marble run system and I always had such fond memories playing with that during break time. You created something 100 times better.
I love too much

I just love the marble runs you make please make more
Oh boy, he's delving into the world of GBCs again.
Please make a part 2 with a marble lift using the motor! Would be cool to watch the thing go on by itself
I love the modular aspect of this. It's like bigger lego.
Bigger lego called Duplo
This is the best way to play with LEGO.
With each segment, I'm like, "Yeah, yeah, yeah..." "Yep, okay, yes, this is good..." "Oh, this is _really_ good..." and by the end, I was basically the Foaming Mouth Guy from Avatar: The Last Airbender.
You took the words out of my mouth!
You need to team up with Jelle's Marbel Runs to make a completely Lego event.
Would watch hours of that
@@josephk.s.4948 Look up LEGO GBC. People have been doing this in more creative ways than you could imagine for many years. A personal favorite module maker of mine is Akiyuki
@@Tech_Marauder the GBC is a favorite of mine already lol but thanks!
Some of the modules are absolutely insane
this would make a killer lego set
This could be the most awesome Lego creation I’ve ever seen
This would make a cool GBC module, where the balls are lifted up high into one of the multi-directional filters to start and then cascade down a bunch of towers.
I see here big competition for Akiyuki, keep going !!!
Finally someone who knows GBC
I'm bout to math
Theoretically The ball divider system (BDS) is not fair, say BDS spinning to the left (counterclockwise) than the left box would be more likely to have balls. This is true because the wall that is blocked off has a 1/4 chance of catching a ball and since BDS is spinning left than the wall that is blocked off would have the ball be pushed to the left making the chance of going to the left 2/4 (1/2 or half) instead of 1/4 like the rest
This is only if you have one wall blocked off
DO NOT TAKE THIS AS HATE I'm just flexing my brain muscles 😂😂😂
You’re one of the only RUclipsrs that keep me on track in life
This is my favorite GBC style, in my price range and delightfully symmetrical!
I think one of the most impressive things about this is how organised the lego is
Best ASMR ever! The squeak as the bricks go together...pure joy!
This video has satisfying Lego sounds
This is one of the most satisfying things I've ever seen/heard.
Awesome!
Yeah
I agree
This should honestly be a thing! Like the lego mario sets but marble courses! I'm sold.
Am i the only one that finds this satisfying?
I LOVE this type of video, where we get to see your design and thinking process take place with your sorting system, accompanied by a lovely (and genius) marble run! I know they must take a ton of editing, but I'd love to see more of these. Thank you Jason!
The organization is the most satisfying part
The squeaky sound when he sticks a lego piece to another is so satisfying.
Ke MO lol
From the sound I can tell these pieces are new. Not much if any use on them. Grease-free surfaces.
Just having all that building material stocked and waiting to become part of some new creation must be sooo convenient :D
this needs to be put on lego ideas right now
Thats such a cool idea! Let's take a moment to acknowledge this man's creativity!
Those snappings are crispy
Me: I want to play with toys in a ocd type of way
God: I gotchu
Invents legos
I love the (new?) style that you do the videos in, building the MOC in question on camera.
It's awesome to see
The bit where he just grabs stuff from his drawers is soo cool ASMR
Omg the marbles move looks so smooth 🤤
This is FANTASTIC! I love the motorized splitter, so cool!
Very good, great video. Marble Run is really addictive and goes well with LEGO. Imagine all the possibilities of Marble Rum System with LEGO!
The satisfaction is giving me goosebumbs.
Being able to do stuff like this with my spare time is truly the dream...
Using a cylinder and a stud for the corner piece is pretty ingenious I must admit. I couldn't help but hum the Marble Madness theme while watching the vid lol
i've been watching this guy for years and im still jealous about how much legos he has
We can all agree this is next level ASMR
Damn you have an bigger flex than that cool kid with the bionicles collection
I love this new format!!! Would want to see more of this !
Amazing! The only thing lacking is a marble lift to return them to the marble deposit box.
Love this kind of video, want more like this one !
I love color coded things like this. It tickles my monke brain that says "ooh colors satisfying"
The sound created when he gets some lego pieces in his storage box sounds like bullets.
This is basically just ASMR

i don't see anyone talking about the absolutely MONUMENTAL amount of Legos this guy has, and the amount of organization. i am beyond envious.
Thank you so much! Child is obsessed with marbles and we have tons of legos, but have been struggling to effectively combine the two.
this was the most intruiging video without a single word uttered
I like how he uses different colors for the different pieces
