Given the review of this I'm going to assume that she got the new reformulated version.
I will pull each under different circumstances but honestly, they can easily substitute each other. For performance however, I think Caramel Cascade is louder but Empire Victor lasts longer
Really? It’s not a Lattafa perfume. It’s by Khadlaj. Kindly check to make sure you have the right bottle. Also, let it sit alone for about a week and try again. Hope this helps 💕💕
@@estherpeyton5947 you're very right, I just checked, and its Jan 24. Wish I could return it, but it isn't possible. I also just had a major fail with Yara Moi 2days ago. Mine smells like really rotten fruits. I guess this is a sign to give up on middleeastern fragrances.

Just received mine and it's unique to me. I wouldn't call it gourmand because the oud is very present to my nose.

That whole scent profile is for girls under 21.
Caramel Cascade in my opinion can be enjoyed by both sexes. It also layers very well with rose-oud fragrances

It does smell like bare vanilla to me tho. I thought I was the only one perceiving it. The drydown smell like bare vanilla
