Roy Orbison’s original recording of this is still my favorite. You can hear the pain he’s feeling in this song and you really feel it, it does make you want to cry. Lol. You’re right, they don’t make music like this anymore. He was a special gift

In this duet Roy had aged and had trouble reaching the higher notes; so KD Lang did that part. In his original version, Roy hit those high notes himself. Elvis stated that Roy Orbison was the only singer that he would not follow onto stage. You should listen to Roy's original version which he wrote btw. He (Roy) is also one of the "Traveling Wilbury's. You will love watching their RUclipss.

You are so right about the music of the 60s. Nothing like it today. My generation was blessed to listen to Elvis, the Beatles, Motown and all the great music of the 60s and 70s.
