Gday there Ben, Sorry I didnt get back to you mate, I have pretty busy of late and the computer has been down at home - maxed out the hard drive so a new one will be sorted out soon
@@xXBurgman86Xx Unfortunatley this area is now fenced off due to the clowns ripping up the banks in their 4WD's - so many nice spots have all but been locked up.
G'day Justin, Mate I get the cons up near west of Warwick and sluice it out at the river. Can't get to that place anymore due to the clowns tearing up the river bed and littering the place, a bit sad but it was long coming. Glendon is a 4wd and trail bike park and there is still plenty of gold out there. Thanks for watching Brad
@@bradwelch7425 Did you go to the Thanes Creek Fossicking Area? Also did you use a detector or just get buckets full of the wash in different areas and depths?
@@fishinmission1902 Glendon has still got good gold on it and decent stuff too. I usually clean out the crevices and sieve out into buckets. Scrap out the cracks and brush up all of the fine dirt. Put the time in and it will pay off. Cheers Brad
It seems every one likes the gold video's, might have to make a few more, let me know if you want that?
Cheers
Brad
I'd love to join you for one of these trips, see how its all done. You seem like a fabulous person to hang out with

Hey Brad have you had a go in emu or cooyar creek?
You must be way up River past "The Lone Pine Bird Sanctuary"
I’m new to fossicking. Did you need permission to fossick there?
There is no gold there, I bring in the dirt and run it thru the sluice, Glendons out west half hour of Warwick is a good start
Nice gold👌
was that dirt from brisbane river or somwher else
I got it from Warwick area, heading out in a few weeks for a bit of a dig.
Be safe
Brad
Mate you think its worth while anywhere along brisbane River? I am from north brisbane
That's Ipswich pretty sure. NeR Fernvale or Kholo
Not enough gold in the Brisbane River. Better off heading west out past Warwick and bring back the dirt for washing.
Did you sluice there or take con's from somewhere else and clean up there?
