i want to ask why planner 5d on windows don't have ceiling/roof even though i "ON " the ceiling. when i add second floor there still hole can be seen,please make it looks like webside version otherwise it's waste,tbh i bought it and never use it because of the hole.

Quick question. I have already downloaded planner 5d and paid for 1 year and I m in a process to build my house and somewhat I have achieved but I struggle a lot in technicalities . So how can I learn planner 5d completely because the tutorials aren’t fully in details

Hello Mariama, You zoom in spreading the two fingers using the touchpad. To zoom out please make a pitching motion with two fingers. You will not be able to rotate the plan, though.
This app is amazing to built and constructing the house but is not used for sharing when you want to export in 3d video it's very funny 😄. There is no pdf file to export the plan that is being built and also no video tour. Just for fun and knowledge, this application is very fun but for clients thus app is the worse ever.
