00:00:01 - Projecting a house with a bay window, pitched roof, stairs to the second floor and two balcony types.
00:00:09 - Creating First Floor
00:00:32 - Deleting ceiling for the stairs to show up
00:01:21 - Creating Bay Window
00:03:02 - Creating Second Floor
00:04:15 - Leave an empty space for stairs to be put in
00:04:18 - If, by any chance, You want to use the previously mentioned space, be sure to “untick” the floor texture

00:06:05 - Ruler Tool allows to measure distances as well as put some certain items in equal levels

You mean labels for rooms? You can change it on the web version when selecting a room.

How did you make the floor transparent to connect the second floor?
I think they used the premium one
Select the room, then go to its settings then turn off floor. You'll find that here you select the type of flooring you want,above it you'll find a green thing kind of like a switch(but that's on the phone's version)
