I had CBS from a cataract that had gotten to the point I could only see very bright lights. I hav ROP and 5 other eye diseases I only have Vision in one eye. It was so odd because I Alsace people walking back and fourth in my room, cats and dogs running across my floor, oddly shaded checkerboard of blue and pink They weren’t scary at all and I knew what they were so it didn’t bother me. I have epilepsy as well but the images I see prior to a seizure are quite different from the ones caused by cbs. In either case I am fully aware of the non-reality of the images. They are much too detailed than objects around me.
My Nanny Ann has this and she gets it at night and she is so scared, she rings the police and emergency services all the time. She sees people that have no arms and no legs....they don't talk and they just look at her, she did say that they have blood coming out of their mouths sometimes. I want to ask why this happens.....is it something I the eye? I want to know why it is happening. I know it is linked to the deterioration of one's eyesight but I'm not closer to understanding why it happens. So it gets harder to see.....why does it get harder to see? And why is it mostly people that they hallucinate.......what can i do for my Nan. She is in her 90s and we just want to make.her comfortable. She struggles ti sleep at night....what medicine can we give her? To calm her and help her sleep? Any help would be greatly appreciated. GOD bless Lee Irwin...
So that’s been my issue all along. Most of the time it’s my dog walking up to me in the corners Whare I can’t see through my glasses but then I look through my glasses and she’s not there. It makes me sad because I was expecting my dog. That’s the only issue. I don’t hear her coming tho. It startles me a bit too. Honestly makes so much sence now.
@@vikkitownsley4847 it got better and better until it was completely gone. But it took about 3 - 6 months to totally be gone. And after the first few weeks it would mainly only come back when I got really drunk or high on weed or sleep deprived. Personal I think I had a stroke to which caused it. I was an insomniac at the time and I was smoking a legal fake weed which I later found out had bath salts in it. I had been smoking it for the past month or so but one night I had an incident where straight after exhaling I lost my muscle control and collapsed to the floor . . I got straight back up to my understanding and from what I could tell I was fine. A few minutes later that's when I notice little cartoon people in my periphery walking around and sitting where ever had a ledge to sit on (counters, shelves, tables) Also I remember that night I couldn't read writting properly. . . When I looked at a paragraph it was basically just random letters all over the place with a bit of double vision Are you experiencing Charles bonnet syndrome yourself?
Thank you for this I am in Indiana USA and a dear friend is having these problems and I don't think we have Dr.'s that know about CBS.

I’m going to be THAT guy and suggest that the doctor misspelled Bonnet
Sit down, no one cares
