    I've had palinopsia (illusory palinopsia, to be more specific) for 5 years or longer. Sometimes it feels like it's getting worse. I also have visual snow and some other visual disturbances. My eyes have been looked at and my brain has been scanned more than once; all the results came up clear. I have no prior use of any hallucinogenics and I haven't used any of the medicine you listed either.

      @@happyjoy3210 My symptoms haven't gone anywhere but I find that I don't focus on them much when I'm not anxious. Right now they don't bother me at all. I just accept it as a normal part of my vision and pay no attention to it.

      @@happyjoy3210 I don't drive and if I did I would probably avoid driving at night since I think it could be dangerous. Right now I feel okay and I don't mind my palinopsia at all, but there have been times where it made me very depressed and it was all I could focus on. I'm 24.

    Great video. Is visual snow the same as seeing - in a carpet or wallpaper for example - lots of moving dots? Kind of like the static of an old TV?

      That’s what my eyes do

    • @Solscapes.
      @Solscapes. Год назад

      That is very very much what it's like. Aparently some people see the black dots more, only when they're looking at something like a white wall. Others see the white dots more. Still others see both fairly equally.
      There's also a tendency for us to see floaters (detatched retina) and "tadpoles," on occasion, which are supposedly white blood cells in the vessels in front of the retina. Those two lend credence to the Doc's statement that it's sensitivity to useless internal phenomenon as opposed to an outright hallucenation.

    I had palinopsia I diagnosed it myself since I told my opthalmologist about it during my last visit but he said it was on my brain. Now,I think it gets worst. When I look into lights, It copied the lights. When I look up and down, left and right I feel like it's bouncing. I have also visual snow. I don't know what's happening I think it gets worst every second. I'm scared of it, I will visit the doctor again.

    Im seeing like a light burn afterimage when i close my eyes. Like the outline of things gets stuck within the darkness of my eyes when i close them. Could this be palinopsia? Been diagnosed with " dry eye" and am going through a bottle of "REFRESH-Liquid gel" eye drops in a matter of days. Anybody else have this issue?

    I have visual snow syndrome. It's not just increased visual noise, but several other symptoms that can be seriously debilitating. It is similar to hppd as well, or like a low dose acid trip, Similar to this video

    I never did LSD. I know for years I have seizures. I am finally on the right medication. However, last year in August I started seeing double vision. My eye doctor prescribe me prisms lenses so called my eyes where not aligned. Well fast-forward I still see double vision. I can be fine for weeks and suddenly boom my vision is double, everything goes in circles, my waking looks like I'm drunk and feeling blinded with my eyes open. It can last for few minutes or all day. I saw an ophthalmologist in February he couldn't help me. I recently had an MRI didn't hear back yet..
    I just really want to know what's going on. I am starting to wonder if I have optical seizures.

With or without mirgriane randomly onset , attack of dizziness and balance lasts for hours. I'll be getting my hearing aids soon. I have moderate hearing loss. I have a new eye doctor appt in August. Hopefully, to get rid of my prism lenses.
