The fan is most likely built for Ultimate, as for the Norm 5G, its not as good as Ulti, due to the lackness of the heatsink. Also, people seems not to saw the Aeroactive Cooler 7 in person, well, so I did. The plastic peeling pad is just a frictional pad to increase the friction upon the back of the phone to the fan cooler. The only way to cool down the phone is by having a heatsink. Because if you look closely to the design of the fan, the only part where the coolness will go through is the small hole between the top clip and the top part of the friction holder. Bascially, with ROG 7 5G, it's not a good take, that's it. Sorry for long comment, just sharing my broken down after I spent a lot of money on these.
