The wig on a dog isn't a meme. In the anime FullMetal Alchemist someone does something truely terrible and creates a creature that looks like that dog with that wig. It haunted the nightmares of many.

One of my mom's cats is like a fury demon he will his and swipe at people just walking past him and you can't touch him without him trying to bite. He was a rescue that was bottle fed so he should be comfortable around humans and his brother was the same but is really sweet. Lol we don't get it.
Same I have two cats one of them literally HATES to be loved and cuddle she will literally push your face away when you try to kiss her the only love she'll allow anyone to give her is just being able to stroke her but my male cat loves kisses and cuddles he's such a loving sweet kind softy but only to me 😌 he's evil and hates everyone else I swears it's like they're both gay. Best family I've had.

The dolphin thing is pretty legit, when I went diving we were given instructions how not to touch dolphins as people quite often give them the wrong impression. If anyone is interested there is a really weird documentary about team of scientists tried to teach dolphin's to talk and having "relations" with them was part of it.
I know I am going to want to go down the rabbit hole and Google this! Major animal lover, became an animal rescuer and then was an animal law atty. However, when young, wanted to become a marine bio specializing in Cetaceans, esp dolphins. Always ignored the 'rumors'...was chastised strongly for jumping off a sightseeing boat off Kaui into a pod of dolphins by the cap for not just the jumping danger, but he warned me they could be mean! (this was before fed law enacted regarding marine mammals)

I have 3 cats. They are so much fun, quirky and unique. One of them loves the tumble dryer! It’s my biggest fear that she ends up on a spin cycle. I always have to check before I use it. Even the thought makes me anxious!

- A male dolphin will separate a female from her pod and deny her food and sleep until she mates with him.
- Bodies of smaller dolphins and porpoises were showing up on beaches with strange bruising patterns. This is how we learned that dolphins like to beat other species of dolphins to death for fun.
- Dolphins have been known to try to r*pe humans.
I think often these searches are for looking for a specific article, video etc. Like this first one. I was also looking for this article about how cats would kill us to send it to my friends. So it's not that people are looking for information, because they have the situation, but people search for specific articles, videos, funny songs etc.

So the search about dolphins, I have a weird story. There was this female researcher who worked with a male dolphin for years who actually fell in love with her. Once she left the study the heartbroken dolphin actually killed himself. Idk why but that's what I thought of when that search came up.

Most cat people will tell you that their cat tries to kill them. Particularly the weaving in and out of your ankles when you're trying to walk, particularly on stairs. But since we have a habit of buying little hats on them, this could be a contributing factor.
I had a tiny black kitten who was very interested in the washing machine. One day after I had put the machine on, I couldn't find the kitten and my heart lurched at the thought that I may have put him in the washing machine. It was a horrible few moments before I remembered I had fed him after I put the laundry on.💖
Yes, I know that feeling. My cat tried to kill me on March 15, 2019. He attacked me so bad, I had to go to the ER to get stitched up. And yes, I still have him bc I love him. And if he tries to kill me again, I will beat him senseless. Well, most likely not.
20 years ago, both my son and I ended up in the ER because his cat bit us. Puff was an adorable kitty, but very jealous. We had introduced a new cat to the household and he wasn't having it, and bit us, hard.
We both got bad infections, my right hand swelled so it was doubled in size. When the doctor came in, I had that hand hidden, so when he asked what was wrong I said, "You know the Pink Floyd song, "Comfortably Numb"? Well, I'm neither, but my hand feels just like a damn balloon!" and held up my hand.
This was a teaching hospital, and it seemed that at least 20 students and interns had to come by to gawk at us. I asked if cat bites were really so unusual, and one intern said, "No, but you two are, and now you're "famous" around here."
I think mostly it was our Southern accents (had recently moved 1500 miles to a place where no one talks like us) and mostly because my son's name is "Forrest", and he very much resembled the young "Forrest Gump" in his speech and behavior. I did not name him after the character, as my son was born 2 years before that movie came out, but it's a little spooky how much he resembled the character.

Wow!! How very sad for you both. I honestly thought my cat was going to kill me. He wouldn't stop biting and scratching me. It took about 2 weeks for all the bruises, cuts and bite marks to heal. What a terrible situation for you too.

My friend spent a week in the hospital years ago because one of her cats went nuts like that. Our cat just bit each of us once, but deeply. I felt his teeth hit bone in my hand and he would not let go. Fortunately, he never did that again since he was my son's cat and he loved him a lot. We were shocked that he would act like that!
Cats can be so weird. Now I have a new kitty that showed up as a stray 4 months ago, was completely feral, but quickly calmed down and is the sweetest cuddle-buddy now and has never bitten me. He lives in my room though, because he's scared of my son's current cat, who is a scrappy little thing who gets insanely jealous just like his previous cat. We're all a bit afraid of her.
My son is disabled due to mental illness, and his cats are his best friends who think they own him. Fine! You can have him, I'm certainly not going to argue with a psycho cat!

@@Trista072 LOL! I was reading a Nat. Geographic at the dentist's one day when I turned the page to see a full page photo of a huge tarantula! Without thinking, I threw that magazine across the room! The receptionist laughed when I told her that a picture scared me, then I showed her and she screamed. I think horror of spiders is shared by most of us!
We used to have a cat but we're more like 'dog people'. I've been around dogs ever since I was 3 months old.
Now, we have 3. A very intelligent, hardly-had-to-train, apricot Puchon named Kyra. 2 sister Parti Poodles. Leeluu, a black and white and Kairi, dark gray and white. All 3 are beautiful, non shedding, non stinky, hypoallergenic dogs.
The 2 Partis are so jealous. If Kairi sees Leeluu getting ready to jump on the recliner to lay on my legs, Kairi quickly jumps up, sits in my chest just to make sure I pet her 1st.
We're trying to break them from that. I don't like jealousy in any person or any animal.
Kyra used to be jealous but it didn't take my mom long to teach her that it's ok to share. Except her ball. If one of the pups try to take it from her, she'll tear them a new one. They have their own toy balls anyway. Leeluu tries to horde them when she thinks no one is watching her.
She even sits up like a lady when she wants her tummy petted and her back thighs massaged. Jumping up and down a lot cause sore muscles in dogs, too.
I've been a cat lady all my life! They are truly misunderstood precious creatures. ❤️

About the dolphin thing, in Brazil we do have a tale about the "Boto Cor-de-Rosa" ("Pink Boto" or Amazon river dolphin, wich is a real animal species) and the tale says it seduces women to get then pregnant. So they say it was the dolphins fault when women get pregnant and there's no father in sight. It's a tale very popular in Brazil's north region.

Wig on the dog is a refference of the anime/manga called fulmettal alchemist, where one of the evil alchemists turned his dog and his little daughter into a dog-human hybrid to get fame and money. In the story they both couldnt been saved and died. Picture shown in the comic book was looking ust like the picture of dog in the wig.

That movie fucked me up soooo bad when I was a kid and I only saw a little bit of it that I had to skip the picture of that meme (I’m in my mid twenties 🤦🏼♀️) however the upstairs neighbour in my apartment building had a flood in their bathroom resulting in a hole in the roof of my showers ceiling so that creepy bitch is all I can think about in there for the past two weeks until it gets fixed Monday. The dishwasher safe baby reminds me of a straight up Daniel Tosh joke. He says”I love Snapple facts! I’d love to write them myself. But if I did, I’d write weird things, like “Babies aren’t dishwasher safe.” Seriously. He said that exact phrase.
I was a commercial diver in the Gulf of Mexico Oilfield for 7 1/2 years. Oilfield divers are a special breed…one my first ops manager and a few of his friends had a story about being out in a company rented car, after a night of drinking, and ran into a buck, killing it. They thought it would be funny to take pictures of the buck appearing to drive the car, so they hoisted it into the drivers side (they were drunk…this is wrong, they were oilfield divers) and working to get it positioned properly when it suddenly started moving and thrashing about…not dead, drunken idiots created this. The car was totaled from the inside. The buck got away relatively unscathed. The divers were stranded on a country road in a time well before cell phones. They had a long walk with time for,reflection. They used that time to get their stories straight. Nobody was fired.

Long story short……… a friend of mine dried a load of clothes while visiting me…… our kitten had gotten in the dryer and she didn’t notice …… needless to say 😭. Still 20+ years later it still makes me sick to think of.
So very sorry for you and your friend (and of course, the poor baby). I am a huge animal lover. I am tortured when I rented a house (@$2,700 month in upscale Long Island, NY nabe no less) overrun by feral cats. I HAD to get out of my own home due to selling after div and the buyers had to move up the closing date. I didn't notice THAT-was busy looking at the usual stuff. Guy next door fed them but my place had elab decks so they lived under there in MY yard. I was a MAJOR animal advocate and l/t rescuer, even taught animal law, but NO ONE could help, with all my connections, due to being overwhelmed with kittens.
So, I started by trying TNR-ing (Trap, Neuter, Release-in the Hamptons with well-financed rescue place there (read-lots of celebs and other rich folks) but there were sooo many! I had to have handyman put chicken wire under there but it still took a while because I HAD to leave many deck pieces with nails un-done so we could get under there and get out the strays. They would pull the wire away from the siding somehow and go back! In the meantime, my Pit was bringing kittens that were abandoned inside! I am thinking-did she kill them? WTF! Then I found out mothers abandon the runts and others who prob won't make it if they can't care for the whole litter. One time, 3 am, one that had broken under the deck by pulling the wire away from the siding and left a screaming kitten behind! I had a big court case, I was hysterical also, called handyman. He picked up kitten and took her to the good rescue. Finally, it stopped but I am still haunted 8 years later and I doubt it will ever stop.

We used to have a neighborhood cat who belonged to everyone and no one. She was an older female, super chill, and just did her own thing. We all called her mama cat.
One day I was on the way to work when I realized she was in the back seat. Just chilling.
I figured, good as time as any. And took her to be spayed and vaccinated...
Turned out she was already fixed. (Yay for whoever did that)
Note - should probably mention that I was working as the veterinary clinic. LoL

The cat in dryer, happened to us. My mom put on the dryer not realising the cat was asleep in there. She went back 10 mins later to put something else in, cat slid out, nails smoking.......thankfully, she was 👌.

My cats don't plot to kill me but they are experts at getting under my feet at exactly the wrong time & place so I am often saying "I can't feed you if you kill me" to them 😁😁 One day they may finally understand 😸😸
