DL Beats what fan are you Bc you don’t understand how it is to be a met fan and the Mets are not trash. Trash would be like the tigers or orioles. The Mets are no where near that. They are ranked 5th out of 30.
Very funny he also could have not thrown a damn fast ball right on the inside corner where Todd Frazier crushes those pitches but at the end of the day he could do -little
This Washington Broadcaster needs to get fired I remember watching that Game on SNY Gary Cohen was going crazy I remember his Call. “ And Toad Cranks one down the line that ball is outta here !! Outta here Toad Frazier Ties the game ! We lucky to have GKR Gary is fair to the other teams when they hit a HR That Washington Broadcasters just makes not like baseball
What separates Gary from the rest is his calls. Sure, it might be me, who watches primarily the Mets announcers, but Gary's calls stick with me for a while. It's not just the shticks of Carpenter and Santangelo ("See! You! Later!" and "There goes the no-hitter" over and over). Gary knows when a moment is special or incredible and adds a little more oomph to it. Three that come immediately to me are: 1) Chavez catch: "Perez deals. And a fastball hit in the air to left field that's deep. Back goes Chavez, back near the wall, leaping and ... HE MADE THE CATCH!!! He took a home run away from Rolan! Trying to get back to first Edmonds, he's doubled off and the inning is over! ENDY CHAVEZ SAVES THE DAY!!!" 2) Santana's no-no: "HE STRUCK HIM OUT! IT HAS HAPPENED!!! In their 51st season, Johan Santana has thrown the first no-hitter in New York Mets history!!!" 3) Bart's homer: "Colon looking for his first hit of the year. (Ron: Oh!) He drives one, deep left ball, back goes Upton, back near the wall ... IT'S OUTTA HERE!!! BARTOLO HAS DONE IT!!! THE IMPOSSIBLE HAS HAPPENED!!!!" Also, when he does the double "It's outta here," like with Frazier's game-tying blast, is another time he knows a moment is incredible
Only for the Nats to get revenge and walk off the Mets blowing a 6 run lead in the ninth the following September, and win the World Series that same year
"Anything but that"
Mets are on fire!
Fuck yes they are. Long time no see, dude! Anyways looking forward to the Mets and Braves series. ;)

The Nationals broadcast is so dull fire that guy Gary Cohen screams with emotion and this guy it’s just so dull

Why on earth would they go crazy on a homerun and walk off hit from the opponent team
Only for the Nats to get revenge and walk off the Mets blowing a 6 run lead in the ninth the following September, and win the World Series that same year
And the nationals broadcasters are a bunch of crybabies too
