- Raggedy Ann (aka Rag Dolly) is a musical with a book by William Gibson and music and lyrics by Joe Raposo, based on the children’s books by Johnny Gruelle and the feature film Raggedy Ann & Andy: A Musical Adventure. The story centers on Marcella, a dying young girl whose toys come to life and take her on a magical adventure to meet The Doll Doctor, who can mend her broken heart.

Ivy Austin truly was the perfect choice for the role of raggedy ann, and while this show flopped very badly, she made it truly memorable

I can just imagine that raggedy ann is just tired to Marcella's bs and by trying to cheer Marcella is to make a song about it. Raggedy Ann tried to cheer Marcella but nothing works and you know that Raggedy Ann is just a ragdoll 🤷♂️

And my heart says we're gonna go home l can relate to that part as someone who a bowel bisease and b12 and has low lron and l do have bills and get blood test for it but sometimes it can make me unhappy or also stress out but l do something to get my mind off it
