What i think is, this might be the earliest version of the song. Gaga sounds The Fame here, she probably got that song written long ago and rearranged it for ARTPOP.

btw she sometimes uses vocal arrangement, not the same as autotune

@@dojavillager5998 not ALL THE TIME. Her singing abilities speak for themselves when she does it live. And the concept she has behind exceeds it. And who doesn't use "effects"? Joanne and Chromatica, A Star Is Born, 2 jazz albums was autotune free. Born This Way was the best use of it, only slightly polishing her Talent.
