      “Why”. The biggest question!
If you want something more “interesting”, it would be this: Whatever you want, are you committed at a level 10 to get it? If not, what’s in the gap preventing you from being a 10…?

@@nm-so3ej Ah-MAZING rephrase of that question! What a powerful way to frame it. Thanks for sharing ❤

Very insightful and empowering. My question for the session would be : How can one use mistakes to build future success? How can one fail forward after doing these questions?

U said I don't think same so I say in that when u say that I don't think same that moment is not a experience and u r not the experiencer...and u said that my self confidence and self worth boost again I say that moment when u experience boost of anything inside body so this is also not a experience and u r the experiencer....1st why u want to be spiritual?? To achieve anything??to be different from others?? Or may be any other reason...make 1 thing clear spirituality means to know that u are not only body and happening inside head but the complete that u experience through senses means the complete which u experience through senses or beyond senses meaning inside body because senses can sense only outer things but wait inside the body and happening in mind is also experience and u r the experiencer so 1 thing is clear u r not the senses because u can see the experience so u r not the experiencer ??and u r the experiencer is also not a experience???
Do only this ,,see all the action happening through body and inside the body and head and u will come to the conclusion that u r the experiencer not what is experienced...if this is completely clear the final step will be that the u being the experiencer is also not a experience???
Thought will come that who s this guy he is not famous just giving me lecture..but main thing here is to gain the right process no matter where it comes from and make your profit..main point is ur profit,so u don't want to get profit??
      Just seeeeeeeee..just seeee

Hi Ajit! You were great and precise! Thank you for that! I know for sure that we are not defined by our past! Mistakes or "failures" deriving from our bad choices is as you said a thing of the past. So, just leave it there! It doesn't do you any good. But I liked your approach as being also unfair to judge your present by a mistake you did in the past! Anyway, I didn't know you were actually an Indian! You see, I used to learn Punjabi a few years back 😊

I love the introduction, but worked on reframing the questions a little to be more open-ended. In my coaching program, I was taught never to ask a question that elicits a 'yes' or 'no' response because that is more of a transactional communication vs. transformational. Here they are:
Tell me about the thinking behind your decision. Note: Validate the client's decision-making framework and share that we hold on to the consequences as if we knew it was a mistake when that’s rarely the case.
What learning(s) and growth did you take away from that decision?
How is carrying the baggage from your past decisions (‘mistakes’) into the present and future serving (or not serving) you and the life you want for yourself?
