My favourite brand is Ahava. Are there reports of the health of the people that live in Beppu? Are they better because of the steam and water? Greetings from Canada. Good to see a Canadian flag.
Although I don't know if there is a formal report, I think the residents living in such a comfortable and beautiful environment should be very healthy and happy.
I haven't been to Beppu for years as it is such a terrible relatively over priced tourist trap. I much prefer to recommend and promote the many people and areas offering Japanese people beauty and value for their hard earned money.
I think there are always places anywhere in the world that are great value or overpriced. It all depends on personal values. But For tourists, Beppu is still a beautiful and unique place. In our trip, we found many great things, so we still enjoy it. If there are other better places, please introduce them to us, thanks

建議至少安排半天的行程，每個溫泉本身的範圍雖然不是很大，不過前往血池地獄交通的往返需要時間，龍捲地獄的噴發時間也需要等待
搭乘日本公車，到站會中文光播嗎？或者是螢幕顯示到了哪一個站呢？謝謝。
一般地區性的公車大多只有日文廣播，不過最前面會有螢幕顯示站名跟票價
