其次阿箬自盡的時候高晞月已經經歷過毒害玫常在等一系列的宮鬥行為，到了甚至聽到嘉貴人有孕就起念想害她的程度，跟剛封貴妃不久還只會藉偷竊整治海蘭那個時期根本不可同日而語，結果對阿箬自盡反應這麼強烈到精神耗弱，從人類心理層面的角度講不太過去，電視劇也只能附加如懿故意假稱阿箬冤魂鬧鬼當理由，但還是頗牽強。

香云確實是因高晞月而死，且當時高晞月的處境微妙，無法開口替香云求情，只能眼睜睜讓香云被亂棍打死。所以高晞月對香云之死，應該是感到愧疚的沒錯。
也正是因為高晞月一路走來為了自己、為了皇后，做了太多壞事，也害死不少人，以致心中多少有些良心不安；加上長期吃太后特製的“補藥“，身體健康每況愈下，導致心神衰弱，才會讓阿箬索命之說趁虛而入，中了如懿的[鬼計]。
以上其實是幫編劇流瀲紫腦補的說法啦😁畢竟“鬧鬼“讓高晞月有點疑神疑鬼也就算了，後來還整個人歇斯底里到精神崩潰，這就太誇張了。畢竟像高晞月這麼一個高傲嬌蠻，又頗有學識的女子，怎麼會被鬼神之說這種穿鑿附會的東西嚇倒，實在有點說不過去。
這類牽強之處其實在此劇裡還有不少。像渣隆對如懿後期的感情變化和對待方式，也有諸多勉強及不合理之處。不過流瀲紫塑造角色和編排劇情的功力，還是比一般2.3流的編劇高超許多。加上此劇在製作上各方面的講究，以及演員們各個演技到位，尤其周迅根本如懿化身，讓此劇即使有些劇情瑕疵，但就像一整塊黃金，雖然有極少量雜質黲雜其中，依然是塊含金量高的瑰寶，值得好好珍藏。
