They wont say what the problem is, but they will say which ASIN's that they want you to confirm. It should be in the email in the middle or near the bottom of which EXACT items that they want you to confirm.
Thanks Michael, i just got the email with ASIN that says I listed a unsuitable item. They want about 9 things but the 2 I have concern with is they want authorization from Brand name (Centrum) saying they give me permission also a document from my Wholesaler stating they have permission to sell Centrum vitamins. I contact vender and they say they will not help. Only their invoice is real they dont state if product is real. I had it shipped from wholesaler directly to FBA so I never saw product.. Do I have a chance with this in your opinion? I am only a few months in and may lose apx 4k. I don't weather to do what you do with persistence or just give up. As far as I know unless Centrum is the ONLY seller on the listing then (Private Label) you should be good with just the invoices from your purchase. If you bought them bulk from a wholesaler then it should be even easier to get a invoice from them and then match it up with your credit card statement.
I did not. The only thing that I did with a written letter was show how each receipt was connected with each credit card. I wrote out the dates, card numbers, dollar amount for each ASIN that they requested. My understanding is that I didn't need an appeal letter since I did not have an actual "claim" against me, it was purely a shakedown from Amazon because their computers flagged me for something.
My son give one of the listings bad review and it was the first time giving a listing review without purchase , and because of it Amazon deactivated my account.

@Life_Needs13 That makes sense. Yes, I have heard of people getting banned/blocked for related accounts. Almost impossible to get away from it. What you may need to do is call in to seller health support. Speak with that person and see what the process is to appeal for reactivation. There may be an interview or appeal letter that you have to create.

@vanessacastro5036 as long as the UPC code on the receipt is thr same as the label on the item you will be fine. I sometimes tell people to make sure to take pictures of the receipt (UPC code) next to the item itself because the sticker on the item will be the same number. This is for those shopping at Marshall's, ROSS, TJ MAXX

Do you have credit card statements showing the stores that you went to? If so I would recommend going to those stores for the remaining 10 and asking for the receipts for that day, that time, with your specific credit card.

I followed your video step by step and they put a flag on my account because of the receipts so I'm getting denied. I've called over 20 times in 11 days and have tried to get internal request no luck. any tips?
Have you tried calling up the customer support at the place you made the purchase and getting new invoices and making sure they have your name, address, and card number from the purchase? Sometimes new receipts will help force a full new look. Maybe making sure everything is saved as PDF. Calling in customer health was the best for me. They can put a ticket in to have the back office team do a REAL PERSON review.

Sort of true. They only say it when they cannot prove the SKU/UPC code numbers. If you bought something in store, check the online website and see if you can get a PDF version of your purchase. It is better in the way that you can show your name, address, credit card information. The in store will work though you may need to also send in credit card statements and pointing the rep directly to the purchase from the store. I had to use all those methods to prove that I was the owner of those items. Receipts + credit card statements + credit cards on file with my Amazon store

I’m dealing with this now bro. The issue is that they haven’t given me an ASIN to provide any invoices for! The email said section 3 for seller code of conduct and anti-counterfeiting policy. They wanted an identity verification call. I did that a few days ago. It was like 30 minutes long and they asked for identity documents, business documents, bank statements and asked me to show a couple random invoices. I still have not heard anything back after the interview and they never asked for any specific ASIN. Not sure what else to do at this point!
I have heard about people doing the interviews and not hearing back for multiple weeks. At the same time I have never heard one that was deactivated after a interview, even though it took a bunch of time

The process could be so simple if teams at Amazon actually talked to each other and provide accurate information. The emails they send to have no detail at all. Like today, I finally got an email back 3 days after I did my video verification and all it said was “thank you for completing video verification. We have not received the documents required to complete your identity and supply chain verification. Please submit the docs to this email.” WHAT DOCS? I have not received one email or notice of what docs I need to submit. They have never mentioned any ASIN at all that there was a violation on. At the end of the interview the lady said that was all I needed to do. How can someone submit documents that have never been requested, except for in the interview, which I provided then. They draw this out with complete incompetence like this when it could be solved in a few minutes if you could actually just call and speak to the people reviewing your account. It’s mind blowing to me that a billion dollar company is this incompetent.

@jimmyqzwx I had one guy that didn't get a response for 2 months. This was the longest that I have heard. The typical is 5-7 days. 20 days is a long time. Maybe call seller health support and ask for an update or if there is anything that they can see to help you improve your appeal.
Make sure to watch the video is follow each step that I laid out. TRUST ME... This takes a lot more time to get done then It was for me to explain it. I SPENT 40+ HOURS making PDF's, taking pictures, saving statements + merging documents together, writing a detailed statement, and making connections obvious for the amazon team to re-activate. GOOD LUCK and YOU WILL GET PAST THIS

I highly recommended repeatedly calling seller health support and asking them EXACTLY what you need and they will guide you to the specifics.

Yes, it will work. Important thing is that the pictures align with the receipt. (Receipt in the picture with the barcodes).

going back to stores there no inventory I need in stock at all I talked to the store manager all data from 2023 has been deleted
I was able to show receipts for 38/48 products mentioned. I dont have receipt for the other 10, any advice?
