Today we did beautiful setup for Bar Mitzvah. We just received our new Mirror Balls and decided to include it to setup.
Balloons I used:
Tuftex: Blue state (5", 11", 17, 24'')
Sea Glass (5", 11")
Sempertex: Navy blue (5", 11", 17, 24'')
Pastel dusk Blue (5", 11", 17, 24'')
Qualatex: Grey inside white (5'', 11'', 16'' balloons)
Chrome silver (5'', 11'' balloons)

Yes, me too. But when client hire event planner, he is the only one who decide everything on a place. But it’s ok, we adapt, final result is the most important! Thank you for your support ❤️

The husband is annoyed and it shows lol but I do not blame him. The fact the party planner made you move the entire piece is 🤯🤯 why didn’t she say that before when she saw the entire piece completed. Wow wow
Because she didn’t think it will be that big 😂 and I knew from the beginning that we had to place everything in a corner:) but it’s ok, just took more time that it could

Beautiful, the blue back drop with the shimmer wall is most fabulous, and the gynormous mirror balls adds everything to a already elegant designs

Yes, sometimes it’s not easy, but we all working for one client and client has to be happy in the end. We charged $1400 for this setup but mirror balls I offered to my client (just wanted to try it :))

This time we ordered backdrop from a local printing (didn’t have time to do it by ourselves). It was cut from coroplast

You can order it from a local printing company, it’s too big to ship, so you need to find somebody local. And print it on foam board or coroplast
What are the measurements of the blue coroplast
8*8ft, and inside arch is 6ft high and 5ft wide I believe

We cut it by ourselves form a vinyl
