Pat is just so easy going. Great smile, draws you right in., his positive energy and frame of mind really came through. Great interview. I can't wait to see them in Detroit!
Pat and Nuno are at the same level !!! Any musical group is lost without a good rhythm section. Pat and Kevin are rock gods too, they are the foundation for Nuno and Gary to perform at their best. 💜✨
Great interview. My autographed album is being shipped. I love all 4 of the new releases. I can't wait to listen in its entirety. Going to see them in August.❤
I think you might like the band Extreme. All of Pat Badgers baselines are amazing. “Get the Funk Out” and all the songs in Three Sides to Every Story are awesome.
Downloading has ruined the excitement of reading the actual liner notes from the vinyl or CD. If people would read them, they'd see that Nuno and Gary wrote on every song. ITUNES and streaming platforms don't have the correct info.
Extreme is that band that reminds me of Rush where their reputation has always been high and all band members are true team members. No BS behind the scenes just being tight as a unit.
Extreme's best album is Six. Gary Cherone reminds me of Chris Cornell. Nuno plays these solo's like Eddie Van Halen. The whole band singing together in the video is cool. Gary matching Nuno's guitar with those high notes is awesome! Gary is animated like David Lee Roth except Gary can sing and lead better. The rock songs have crunchy riffs and the soft ones are heartfelt gems. Six is a classic that should be in heavy rotation. Its part of my music loop now.
EXACTLY!!!! They knew how to reel us all in with the classic Extreme vibe of funky bluesy metal rock to get us to buy the record then dump a ton of soft weak folky pop stuff on us. Was truly disappointed in the rest of the record.
Those were my thoughts too. I think the way bands release so many songs prior to album release set us up for a let down . It’s the same for a lot of bands, in my opinion.
Really tired of the word diverse and the constant need to use it. EVERYTHING now isn't good enough unless it's diverse enough. Gtfoh with that Marxist brainwash crap. This album imo is definitely diverse and for me far too much so. Too many mushy, poppy balads and not like the old ones from previous albums either. It literally goes from one Extreme to another lol. I like the traditional metal/rock vibe they have on songs like Rise, Banshee, Rebel......conveniently the ones they released first. They knew how to draw you in and get you to purchase the album before laying a bunch of soft pop and folky stuff on you. Those 3 songs absolutely fired me up for this record only to be mostly dissapointed when I downloaded it.
I forget....what hit songs have you ever released ? How many albums have you released ? How many times have you toured the world ? It's a real shame that all of the songs weren't written to your high standards. What a clown you are.
Pat is the unsung hero of Extreme. His voice and his playing is what glues Gary and Nuno.
ABSOLUTELY and Kevin to!
100%
I couldn’t have said it better! He is their Michael Anthony and such a huge part of their band. 🤟
@@AndGuitar exactly
He is the "Michael anthony" of extreme!
Damn glad to see Pat being interviewed instead of it always being Nuno.
Pat and Kevin deserve the recognition
Extreme being Extreme ...natural rock. The best rock album of the year.
I love Pat, he's so low profile but his voice and bass lines are incredible
Glad to finally see a Badger interview for once! He's spilling some real beans that the other boys just dance around.

Btw...in my opinion the host didn't do a good interview. Didn't like it.
Great interview... Pat is so cool... very talented, very kind.
The new album is just stunning. I had given up on new music for many years and this album renewed my faith in music.
Pat is excellent talent harmony, musician, and Brotherhood of 4 unbelievable talent
Congratulation for the great job all along the years Pat !
Great interview ❤ I love to see Pat! He's so kind and humble. He's one of the best bassists I've ever heard. The album is great❤
Great interview. My autographed album is being shipped. I love all 4 of the new releases. I can't wait to listen in its entirety. Going to see them in August.❤
Pat your a legend 🎶
Pat is not only a killer player but a damn good guy! AND a fisherman!
Great interview!
Great interview! Pat is a hero since my early days. Seems like such a down to earth normal dude, but with long hair and a skull ring.
listening to the album now and it actually sounds like a playlist, the songs are diverse
I was at the Starland show too in 2019. Killer show! Will be back in August can’t wait!
I think you might like the band Extreme. All of Pat Badgers baselines are amazing. “Get the Funk Out” and all the songs in Three Sides to Every Story are awesome.
Robert Cavuto, what a class act interviewer. Impressed!
Brilliant! Brilliant new album from Extreme!!! Loved this band since the time I heard "Kid Ego" - btw Pat also released an amazing solo album.
Yes PAT! Solid as f**k bassplayer and such a key component of the Extreme sound; not to mention being able to keep up with Nuno's insane riffery..
The album top to bottom is amazing. Love the left turns. Beautiful Girls is so much fun. Was expecting a VH cover.
Very cool interview! Pat rocks!
Pat is a great all around musician. He is the swiss army knife of Extreme.
After hearing the album, I am surprised how few songs were written by (or with) Nuno.
Huh? Nuno has a writing credit on every song.

Pat is the EXTREME.
Pat seems like a good dude. I saw Alice in Chains open for
Extreme in 1990. Great band.

Extreme down under with Living Color
These questions about the postponement should have been posed to Nuno and Nuno only. Poor Pat.
Guess you’ll be going back to Starland. Look out for the Gorilla. 🦍
Amazing bassist, I mean you shouldn't suck playing alongside Nuno anyway lol.
First 4 songs; great. Classics, even. The rest of the album? Not so much, to say the least.
EXACTLY!!!! They knew how to reel us all in with the classic Extreme vibe of funky bluesy metal rock to get us to buy the record then dump a ton of soft weak folky pop stuff on us. Was truly disappointed in the rest of the record.

I had the same feeling of being underwhelmed by the last songs on the album. Nothing compares to their first three albums.

What a clown you are.
Fair warning id my fsvorite Vh slbum. Truly amazing guitar on that slbum.
"REBEL" Kicks ass! That should have been the first single rise is great too but Rebel is a sonically killer track! All good though.
