What I’ve noticed over the years of watching BFV is that Ms.E still hasn’t healed from what Mr Braxton did to her all those years ago. By a lot of her comments and attitude towards him you can tell she’s still hurt and holds animosity towards him hence why she’s never properly moved on.
So true and really sad. Also, based on how he did not attend Trina's wedding just to prove a point, I doubt he helped or worked towards any healing.

It's, also, a severe blow to her ego as a woman. She had six children with him and married him and that still wasn't enough to keep him from being with someone else. I think that would infuriate anybody. The problem is she's still infuriated, over 30 years later, and hasn't even learned how to deal with it and heal from it accordingly. She's turned into a bitter old woman.

You can't force people to accept and receive help to better themselves. Iyanla does EVERYTHING out of love. She has so much experience with life due to what she went through. If you arent open to recieving her help and accepting that you are in the wrong on things and that you have problems and issues, then you don't need to waste Iyanlas time. Iyanla is personally my inspiration. Her advice and help to others on her show has helped me. Also there are others out there open to accepting and receiving her help that she could be working with.
The first step to helping yourself and trying to heal is to admit you have problems. That you have issues. You have to be READY to heal and be open to healing and changing.
Everything she does is out of love and to help others.
