- How to Make a Triple Burners Propane Forge for Blacksmithing for less than 300 USD ? Very easy, let me show you how I did it:
Making a propane gas forge is not too difficult. It's just sometimes a long process because of all the steps involved.
I love my small coal forge, but it's a little bit too small for the upcoming projects, so I needed a bigger one. The prices were way to high for me, and I built this one for less than 300 euros, buying a three burner kit, steel sheets at the scrapyard, a few blocks of aerated concrete and some refractory bricks at the hardware store.. And I'm super happy with the result, it works very well and is the monster I wanted it to be for my future builds. I hope you'll like the video.

Merci Sylvie ! C'est un monstre... :)
Amazing build. Easily the best forge build I’ve ever seen.

@@elijahgooden6697 Thank you very much. I really appreciate it. Thanks for watching!
Great film. Build is well engineered and fabricated. Gorgeous fit and finish. Mahalo for sharing!🙂🐒
Thanks a lot !! :)
that's probably the best hand-built forge I saw so far, amazing job Red! Now let's make a good use of it!
Thank you very much! Means a lot!!
So... I have been THINKING about replacing my SECOND cheap forge, dreaming about how to make a NICE forge with fire brick etc.... I have it about half drawn up..... and a friend pointed me at this video... SO I was wondering how it is possible that you stole my drawing???? Seriously, this is EXACTLY what I had in mind... YOU have taken it to the extreme, I don't think i would have Ground the welds etc... And did not once consider an interior block, or an integral rest like you did.. Thank you VERY much for this video... This is exactly what i am about to build! VERY VERY well done!
Great minds think alike :) Happy you liked the video and even more happy if it could help you in any way. Good luck with your build!
Very cool plus you probably have the coolest welding helmet! Ghost Rider is awesome!
Thank you Jon! Yes, I love it :)
Forge looks great, G!
Thanks a lot Billy!! Much appreciated!
Watching this video the second time and I still think it's the best forge I have seen made on RUclips . And I will be replacing my old wearing out gas bottle forge with your design so thank you Red for sharing . :)
My absolute pleasure Douglas. Thank you so much for your kind words!!
I am, once again, reminded why you are so fantastic 😀
Thanks a lot Mr.Smith!!

Excellent attention to detail. Extremely nice workmanship and forge. When can I pick it up? 😁 One thing. I hope I NEVER hear that music loop again! 🤣🤣
Thank you. Yes, I understand. I don't want to hear it ever again after listening to it for a hundred times during editing :)
Superb Red!!
Stand aside, Jimmy :) There's a new Diresta in town ;)
Haha, thanks a lot ;)
Looks great, really solid build! Definitely some cool stuff is getting made in it!
Thank you Dave! I really hope so yes ;)
I've been anxiously waiting for this video, and it was worth the wait! What a brilliant job you've done with this gas forge. I learned a lot from this. Thanks for all the work, Red!
Thank you very much John! It means a lot. If I have, in any away, helped you or shown you something new in this video that can help you with your own build, it was totally worth it!
That's a massive forge.
Yes it is. Thanks for watching.
Awesome video Red. I wasn't able to watch the first 2 videos but I injured my back this week and this video popped up so I finally got to watch it.
Nice forge by the way. I have always wanted to make knives who knows I might just tackle the skill. I made a hammer when I was in school knives are just so much cooler lol
Thank you Guy! So sorry to hear about your back! Please take care and heal fast!
Superbe projet, bravo
Merci Vincent !!
That looks soo professional! If I ever build a gas forge this will be it! After I learn to weld thar is 😁
The only thing I was wondering a bit was about the piece of insulation with the hole which you put in the opening, any risk of it falling over? It looked a little wobbly in one shot, I thought?
Thanks a lot mate! The insulation block is 50mm wide so it's pretty stable. But yes, I'll have to be carefull when putting the pieces out of the forge. If it falls, I still have plenty of blocks to make another one though ;)
Most cool
Thank you!
Thanks for this video. Very inspiring. Do you have a link for the Venturi Burners you purchased from EBay? Or can you point me in right direction? Thanks!
Thanks. Where did you get the large panels of fire brick?
At my local hardware store called Castorama
don't want to be negative but sorry, I'm just not enjoying the voice-over in the recent videos, they just don't have the same rhythm as previous videos 🤷🏻♂️
No worries Colin, I understand. Videos without voiceover will be back too very soon
Thanks for taking the time to read and respond, I'm very appreciative and really enjoy your builds!
