Hi, I am trying to create a mini shredder with high torque too.
The NMRV worm gear reducer(80:1) customer service told me the maximum output of the gearbox was 15Nm, but 15Nm is obviously too low to even shred ABS.
What is the torque output of your shredder, my estimate was 960Nm?

What is you feed more, means more load. Does it cause output shaft of worm gear get stall??
It will get stuck, so you need automatic torque control, please see my previous video has a solution
