This video hopefully explains a lot about the waiting that we have to do to folks who were unclear on the process. I commented on FB to someone who asked why they didn't just have surplus on the shelf to fill orders, and this backed up my response. Josh explains his process so well, it was so much fun to watch. He's really figured out the best way to maximize during this growth period in a smart fashion, solving the question of how to get bigger, but not do it too fast, or too big - which could really hurt a small company like this. Thanks for pulling back the curtain, looking forward to the rest of the trip. 👍🏼👊😎

What is even more cool is seeing them acknowledge what your channel has done for them. So awesome that you have developed such a great relationship with not only your customers/viewers but also your suppliers. 👍🍺🎣

This was a fun video for me to watch! The industry has come a looong way since the days of hand carved patterns and hand poured pattern plates which were then sent to a foundry to have aluminum castings made. I worked with Greg Garst in Sabine Manufacturing's mold department from '89 to '92 doing mostly finish work on the molds built there. If you're old enough to remember the Riverside product line, I did all the finish work on those molds. On the bottom of the Big Claw, where it said "copyright Hughes 1990" I'm the guy who stamped that into the molds. That was some really interesting work. I was there when we first began hearing of CNC being used to mill out and build molds. The technology has greatly advanced since those days. Thanks for taking us along.

As a person who have been inside that shop and given a tour of the facility by Josh I can reaffirm that what was presented in the video is just the tip of the iceberg. The professionalism, dedication, skills and efforts to make thigs happen in there are on a different level. Angling AI is one of a kind. I'm their customer for life.
Also DeadOn plastic is located in the back of the shop and I had the privilege to talk to the man behind the scene who make things happen on that department. Amazing story and products there too.

What's nuts to me is that ppl like my dad did this same thing without the computer- by hand. How he made some of the things he made I don't know- they had all kinds of gadgets and tools to help them- but when it came down to detail they literally did it by hand by turning handles on a clamping fixture that had an x, y, and z axis. My dad told me once it was like learning to draw with an etch-a-sketch in 3d. He made some beautiful art in his spare time- not only was he a machinist but he was also a master woodworker and luthier- and a decent electrician. They don't make them like they used to- he grew up during a tie when you had to do everything for yourself so- he learned to do just that- everything.
