Eversinds i moved a washingmachine (was walking side ways ), and it like the first movement you showed , i felt the hip shuff in , weirdest feeling ever , i had tight hips an ingunial hernia or maybe thats not the cause, i did the first movement in the video , i did a quik walk , i can even squat now no weird feeling anywhere ^^ Thank you Annie😘
Hi, annie I was doing pilates workout for abs training and not sure when and how I got the spams in my one side of my back , it aches even if i flex my neck or try to look down. Your QL videos have helped to relieve a lot. But I am concerend if it is actually QL pain or due someother cause? Does QL pain when one tries to flex their neck?? And do comment when to get Doctors opinion?
Hi aniee I have problem of tight hamstrings because of that i can't bend forward also it big problem for me now due to that I have to much lower back pain can you please make video on tight hamstrings how to bend forward please help me 😭
