this is beautiful and I am inspired to use this technique on a dresser I am working on for myself!! thanks for sharing. the vinegar and water mix is new to me.
I love the drippy crusty look of painted furniture This is just my style and I'm just now learning the ropes, & I'm really enjoying all your videos💐. My question is how do you differentiate prices when you sell something for a finish like that versus just a standard painted piece or maybe with a simple blend does that matter in your area like I said I'm a newbie so I'm trying to learn a couple tricks of the trade. Lol.
That's a great question! I charge more when I have to paint something in a solid for two reasons. 1. I know that it's a more desired look ,as people like you and me that like the drippy look, are fewer. Pieces painted in solids always sell fast. Especially if painted in a neutral tone. 2. I HATE IT! lol Painting something creative feeds my soul, but I also want to make money. It's always a tug of war in my head as to what I do.
Came out gorgeous ...Would you be so kind as to Do a Normal Speed Tutorial On Foam rolling process for Clear coat On the Top Please Please....you went so fast and Honestly Doing a top coat over a dark stain Is my Kryptonite...I'm heavy Handed too please please ❤❤
@@debraneria4242 absolutely! Kryptonite is an excellent word, lol. It’s exactly what it is for me too! I will do a video on just that! Thank you for the sweet words!
