Dunno if Todd is reading the comments, but if it is:
Saw that you generally use bare speedlights in the back of the stage - no diffusion, probably radio controlled.
But for speedlights in the front of the performers, when you use to balance the exposure with the venue lights: do you use a diffusion of some sort? If not, the performers are not annoyed from the flash blast?

Good photos but you don't show your strategy for balancing flash with daylight. It just seems like your giving a talk about positioning flash!
