    To be honest i wasn’t expecting this video to be this good. Really great show of exercises and the explanation is also really good to understand. Thanks guys. I also really like the slow tempo of the video. A lot of tutorials can be very hectic.

    Great video! I feel like you really have to study your own hips. Hips are so individua, not only how your hip socket is constructed but also how was your life until now, what movement did u do what didn’t you do. Did you mostly sit school/work… which muscle are you lacking most glutes/hipflexor etc. and another thing that might sound funny but is true for me me - That I grew up in a homophobic environment where if u can move your hips well it’s seem gay. Liberation from this construct made me more loose in my hips then any exercises.

    Some of the exercises I use daily and it got my hips and kicks from the worst u can imagine to having a decent teep and roundhouse and being able to kick head level too.

    Can I do it randomly at home to gain more mobility or should I do that before or after my training?
