I like how, even grayed and trembling with Parkinson’s, Hitler still has that intensity of presence that captivates your attention. His body may be weakened by age, but his mind is still sharp, and you know without doubt he’s still very much in charge.
He would have, and this is actually a neat detail. Hitler's style of moustache was distinctly military, the edges were trimmed as to not have risked disrupting the seal of a gasmask during the Great War. According to Hitler, the reason he kept his military 'stache (and wore a uniform most of the time in general) was because he was "fighting a war" (note: not WW2, in his mind the 'war' was National Socialism), and that when he achieved "[his] victory or [his] death" he would finally take his uniform off and be at peace. Well, in the Highcastle Timeline, he achieved victory.

And yet another British actor adding to his resumee by putting on a Nazi uniform. Seems your career is not complete without having worn an Iron Cross at least once
Well, truth is stranger than fiction. The reality is lookup operation paperclip and tell me how the german rocket scientists (alluding to the base on the moon and travel between continents in this film) were not part and parcel of the success NASA achieved, including the Saturn V program though only a very few were card carrying nazis. We didn't have any qualms bringing them to the US did we? No sirree. There were other less savory characters with dubious records (waffen SS and the like) who joined the NSA and CIA and im not surprised one bit in all honesty. History is written by the victors and the truth is in multiple shades of grey. Always.
What a shame how the writers complicated this story with all the multiple dimension stuff. Could have been such a great show, instead they butchered it.
But I remember the series starting with the video that sparked the whole storyline in first place? I mean it could've been simply advanced tech making the video but what I mean is there was an idea of the alternate world from start
@@omnianima4540Yes it's absolutely integral to the story from the very start. That's why it feels like a lot of missed beats in the end.

@@Vinlander92 Reich is the same as the Swedish "Rike" which means Kingdom. Also "Greater Nazi Reich" is just some retard thing Hollywood would come up with, no true German would call their own empire that.
What is “obergrupenfurer”?
Rango militar de las SS nazis es equivalente en el ejército a general pero inferior a Mariscal que es el oberstgruppenführer
the short answer: 2nd and later on in the (real)war, 3rd highest SS rank...
It is equivalent to a three star general.
SS-Lieutenant General (it literally means Senior Group Leader) and was beneath only SS-Oberst-Gruppenführer (equivalent to a Generaloberst (Colonel General) in the Wehrmacht) and Reichsführer-SS (which was held solely by Himmler)
It’s a mushroom sauce
I believe the reason Hitler was aware about the conspiracy against him was by watching all these films. It was through these films he knew there were others not yet found and, crucially, the mastermind has yet to be caught.
This was why he demand John to find the Man in the High Castle and get all his films. He was obsessed with them.
... Just my theory ...
I was thinking the same thing. Trying to see if he can discover who the real person behind the so called coup
I love the image at O.=$ :) I live in Berlin today , and that picture is a mix of Berlin today and Nazi Berln as the filmmakers created it. I can identify several political buildings of Berlin today. And also I have the pleasure to identify the building I live in right next to the Brandenburg Gate- the apartment blocks built by commnuist East Germany.
I like how, even grayed and trembling with Parkinson’s, Hitler still has that intensity of presence that captivates your attention. His body may be weakened by age, but his mind is still sharp, and you know without doubt he’s still very much in charge.
What did you expect, condams?

Hitler destroying 3 pencils is what crippled him during his last hours in his life. Those 3 pencils symbolize himself, Mussolini and Hirohito.
Bringen Sie mir The Man in the High Castle! Castle! Castle! Castle!
he meets the lord jesus at last...
Who?
His mustache is wrong! He never would have changed that!
Why did the painter shake so much? Was that Japan's nuclear weapons?
Спасибо Шпееру за Большое Здание в Новом Берлине. Слава Фольксхалле.
This is not how a roundabout works
So surprised to see this vlog today, who knows does his uniform same as when he is stay in the Antarctic new Berlin?
That old man shouldn't talk about loyalty to Smith, he didn't understand both of them salute the ranking, not age. He'd better to be more gentlemen not the elder dad.
Be patience, Smith. Your uniform is charming as usual.
Of course Smith the German High Command will Reign forever into the New Frontier lands of the Space 🌌🚀 Age
Such a shame how the writing and story telling fell off after the end of season 2.
Season 1 and 2 were an absolute masterclass in film.
The German High Command will Reign forever into the New Frontier lands of the Space Age
even hitlers terrified
dieselpunk
Pretty sure Berlin would've been renamed to Germania after the war.
nein fegelein ?
It's weird how in this series Hitler is almost portrayed as the good guy, or at least the voice of reason. He seems shocked and horrified at seeing the destruction a war with Japan will wrought and seems traumatized by the loss of life he sees when San Francisco is destroyed.
I think I would have made it to be USNY 2nd Lieutenant
Search him😂😂
Adolf raged lmao
A grey Hitler that's fascinating did he die his hair by the end of his life?
imagine everything going to shit and turn gay over a film
Hitler is aber von nem Ami synchronisiert.
I guess we're in modern days going to the Mars with ElonXand space 🌌🚀 Age
Say what you want. Berlin looks great.
And yet another British actor adding to his resumee by putting on a Nazi uniform. Seems your career is not complete without having worn an Iron Cross at least once
Smith redet ja mal wirklich komisches deutsch
Of course Smith the earth many eons later spin into extinction. I 2nd Lieutenant Volfgong Amedaus Jack of Diamonds wants be existing in Mars colonies
burn all copies of this movie.
Why? It's a movie. Not real life
@@z1az285it’s a joke about the shows plot lol
I think it's less the multiverse angle being the problem and more of how they executed the multiverse, made it reliable and scientific in the last two seasons (if you can transit them at will using a machine, all the mystery is gone) and then had several character arcs not end up where the arc suggested. That's why it feels like a lot of missed beats in the end.
