I think if you want to do Conan and specifically Arnold's version of Conan, this GW might be better because he's "girthier," wider and more jacked though you lose articulation!

It’s not impossible but I think to make it work you’d have to do some shaving with a dremel (which I always recommend for any modder to get!)
Hmmm. I dunno! I've never tried that. Have you done the hot water trick? Boil some hot water in a bowl, and leave the legs in there for 20 seconds (no more!) and try to wiggle them off. If it doesn't work, try again for 20 seconds, repeat. Good luck!

Does GW has a drop down mechanism on the legs? That might help to get it in more natural pose for the 3 point stance
Unfortunately, no it doesn't have the drop down hip/legs 😩
That's unnecesary if the hips are done properly
In this case, the process will be more complicated and the cost will be higher, if you just want it to be natural, you can use the auxiliary disk
With the half calf pieces could you use the mezco punisher or commander rogers boots with this body?
You can definitely swap out long calves for short calves, but unfortunately I don't have the Mezco (classic) punisher or Commander Rogers.

The Punisher head is from Mazco, it fits but would need a bit of sticky tac or hot glue.
The GwToys elbows have to be modded to utilize his double jointed elbows

Yes it does! Although the fit isn't perfect, it's a bit loose :(
