AXA IM - Real Assets with Lipton Rogers and architects PLP Architecture set out to achieve a people-first approach to designing a building that enhances our daily working lives.
This film offers a glimpse inside 22 Bishopsgate, from the inviting reception adorned with artwork, to the Active Commuter Park - with storage for up to 1,700 bikes - and the views on offer from London’s highest, free-to-access, public viewing gallery.
As the UK’s first shell & core building registered under the International WELL Building Institute’s WELL Building Standard, it is rated WiredScore Platinum for wired infrastructure, resilience and wireless networking, accredited with an EPC A Rating and was awarded BREEAM Excellent for sustainability.
Accommodating 12,000 occupier’s and visitors, plus circa 129,000 sqm of office and amenity space, 22 Bishopsgate now sets the standard for offices.
22 Bishopsgate is shortlisted for the "Best Office & Business Development" category at this year's MIPIM Awards. Winners will be announced in September at MIPIM (the world's leading real estate market event) in Cannes, France.
