Went fishing for dinner with St Augustine Sandman! Trout and Redfish hunt!

I teamed up with Mike, St. Augustine Sandman, for a day on the water, and let's just say it didn't start out easy! We covered a lot of ground, trying everything to find a bite, but the fish just weren't cooperating. Just when we thought we were skunked, things turned around, and we landed some beautiful Trout and Redfish!
After the grind, I took my fresh trout home and whipped up an easy, healthy, and odorless recipe that you'll definitely want to try. No fishy smell in the house, just pure flavor.

So awesome to see my two favorite channel hosts fishing together. I am coming into town to fish for about a week, hope I run into you guys. I’ll be fishing with Will Niemann @Saint Augustine Kayak Fishing Wednesday the 12th. Hopefully the water temp will have stabilized a bit because the tide looks really good in the morning.
